Very straightforward, effective!

This was my first time using Frugal Flyer's credit card promo. It was well timed in issuing the cash rebate to my PayPal account in 45 days.

Took a little too long and transfer from PayPal isn't great. I'd rather have an Interac payment. It would be much better. I do appreciate the offer and service though.

So far so good, everything is ready to go, but still waiting for copy of passport so I can actually send the form yet.

Frugal Flyer made the procedure to renew my ITIN very straightforward! I received all of my necessary documents in a timely manner, and email support on my questions was excellent.

Easy, self explanatory.
Rewards within days.
The webpage site was easy to navigate.

Scammers. Applied through their website. I waited more than 3 months. Going back and forth with customer service. I had to call the bank myself to verify and get the reference number to the credit card I applied to. Updated the reference number and I got an answer back stating ‘there is no application to this reference number confirmed from the bank’ and closed my file….what a scam and not wanting to payout the $150 and getting someone to apply for a credit card.

I've got my cash bonus just a bit over a week after my application was approved, this is the fastest I've gotten compared to another platform which took a bit over 2 weeks. For me, 2 weeks is already ok for me to wait till my cash bonus gets received, so Frugal exceeded my expectation. The whole process from start to finish was easy and smooth, no complications at all. I would repeat as long as the experience remains exceptional!

Everybody should be using Frugal Flyer! There is no excuse on why you, yes you reading this review, is not utilizing Frugal Flyer! I highly recommend!

I recently used FrugalFlyer to assist with my ITIN application. While the process was impressively quick, I felt the $149 fee was not justified given the lack of personalized support or detailed guidance on next steps. The forms were auto-generated without clear instructions for completing the submission, which left me feeling uncertain about the process.

Additionally, I reached out to Reed with a question regarding my application and received no response. There was no follow-up support whatsoever, which was especially disappointing given the cost of the service.

The lack of communication and support makes it hard to recommend. I believe this service could be improved by offering timely responses to customer inquiries and providing clearer instructions or follow-up guidance for ITIN applications. It was clearly generated by a software.

Legitimate, pays out rewards as promised. just make sure to follow all their steps and log back in to confirm when your credit card gets approved.
