I like that I can go to whatever site that I would buy from anyway and see that I can also get cashback. Their support is also great. If I'm missing cash back, they will reply to my questions fairly quickly and help me.

Sometimes it's unclear if I am receiving cashback on my purchase. I wish there was a better indication before buying an item that I am eligible for rebate.

I am not understanding why I am not getting the 1% back from Amazon?
I go threw Rakuten to get to Amazon and it always says 1%, but when I look at my account there is alway a $0.00 for Amazon.

Most of my sales do not show up, I have to keep checking and then have to fill out a long form for each
purchase.

Don't be fooled by the reviews. This platform is extremely scammy, and you have to fight tooth and nail to get any of your credits applied post-purchase. Customer service agents (Michele, notably) will deflect whenever possible.

Don't believe me, Google "rakuten scam reddit" and look through the dozens of threads documenting the complete fall-off of reputability and scores of shady practices to keep you from your rebate.

Will never do business with Rakuten again, advise any number of their competitors.

It’s always so easy to get cash back. Just remembering to login to Rakuten before the purchase is the downfall but shopping and earning there’s no question about it. Just do it. It works.

Been a member for years. Always great deals. Love getting my cheque. Helps with day to day expenses.

The staff at rakuten is working on my mistake. They are getting me a new sign in on my rebate. I screwed up and they are helping me fix .

I never got my cash back for Dyson when it was 20% cash back. It’s false promotion, Should have waited at boxing day for item to go on sale.

My experiences with Raketun have been consistently very good - they are prompt in responding to queries and seem genuinely concerned that you are a satisfied customer. They are one of my favourite apps!

Discount and user experience.

They need to add more stores such as healthy plant, popeye's supplements and more health food stores. There should be specific items purchased to get cash back. Especially, if you have to purchase specific items to receive cash back. Lastly, there should be cashback offered for each year a member has been with ratuten in my opinion those little incentives can go a long way.
