Absolute shambles of a company!
I wish I had of read the reviews before purchasing.
I ordered a willow tree statue because it wasn’t available elsewhere, only for it to take 2.5 weeks for it to arrive and half the size and weight it should be. Cheap china tat!! It’s going to cost me £14 to return, absolute joke!!

Received my watch skmei in 2 weeks from China, well packaged to me on the mull of kintyre Scotland. The weather watch is perfect tons of functions.

I placed my order in December. ( order 122595552) Still not received it. I Have sent tons of emails to which I get no reply. Shocking service !! No customer support.

Long standing problem.

Have you lied to me all along or is it in the UK? 28 days and not a single word from you.

If in the UK and you can promise a delivery date quick. I will pay for it again.

Just to refund is not what I wanted I want the toy, it was for a dying child.

Have you any idea how much she was looking forward to it. Every day she would ask. What you have done is worse than terrible. How about you explaining and getting honest.

You have committed the worse sin. You have further harmed a sick child. I think you need to give me some honest answers. The refund you did with no explanation was what a coward does.

Don’t be fooled by the 4.5 star reviews on the site!
I knew the item was coming from china so I waited and waited and waited until the date had passed to be able to raise a query! The query still hasn’t been answered!
All customer service queries through the interactive Help section which is like the loop of doom!
No idea how to obtain a refund absolutely disgusting!

Didn't realise that Gilet I bought was coming from China.. Not the size they alleged. Ordered XL..48"...more like a medium.
They never reply to emails even though they say, they will reply in 48hrs. This is a lie and a Fraudulent Company . Postage costs £15 to send it back. Will never use this company again

Appalling service. Trying to return a product in its return window and they are asking me to pay for the return of this huge box. Absolutely rubbish. I will I read the reviews before placing my order.
Update - Avoid this company at all cost. Appalling service and lack of attention. Returned my item for a full refund and now they are taking there time to refund me. Will never order from here again. this company is a SCAM

I purchased goods using this company about 2 weeks ago, the items has rust on the metal, they keep directing me to the supplier, however it's my understanding my contract is with them. I have been offered a 20% off however the goods aren't fit for purpose. I feel I am just getting passed from one to another. NEVER will I buy via Fruggo again.

NEVER ORDER VIA FRUGGO!! I've been totally mis-sold an item that was supposed to be branded....Instead I've received cheap knock off that are worth about £3 not £30!! Zero help in getting a refund as obviously the seller doesnt want to give me one!! STAY AWAY! I will be.

Purchased 1 pack of 100 chair sashes for £27. They sent 1 sash. I don't advise using them as if you need to return you have to pay recorded post Which is very expensive for international post.Its just not worth using this website.

Don’t use .. ordered headphones that arrives nothing like they were advertised.. £22 and £16 return to China !
Wish I’d checked the returns policy they do provide a return receipt ..
Constant emails back and forth saying they could not read my messages !
Eventually they agreed at 50 percent refund … then all contact dropped ..!

I've never heard of this company until my bank tod me they tried to take £29.99 from me without me knowing just lucky my bank got InTouch with me straight away

Do not buy from this company! Fake tracking numbers, no way of contacting them and a reporting system that has a constant error occurring. I can’t comment on quality as the product did not arrive.

I have emailed this company 4 times regarding the whereabouts of my order. You can't speak to customer services and they promise to reply to queries within 48 hours of receipt of email. This is clearly not the case. My item is not coming from the UK and is actually coming from China. I placed the order 3 weeks ago. Do NOT use this company as they are far from kosher in my opinion and the UK flag is somewhat tenuous 🤔

One star is generous for the absolutely pathetic excuse for a product we received in place of what we thought we ordered.

We thought we had ordered a product from a reputable company, however when it (eventually!!) arrived, we were swiftly disappointed with a fake piece of crap, mind you they’re still charging the same price for them!!

ABSOLUTELY do not order from this website! I imagine all their products are fakes. They use photos of the real products to lure you in then scam you with a fake piece of rubbish.

If I could give this website a negative score I would.

Save your money, save your time, forget about this website, don’t make the same mistake I did.

I wish I could put negative results. I ordered something 6 weeks ago that hasnt arrived, have chased multiple times and get automated responses about delivery dates that are all wrong, emails stating my order has been cancelled and I'll get a refund followed by more incorrect dates of shipping. This is my first experience and will never use them again.

JUST DONT DO IT

I ordered two onesies at the beginning of February and they only just arrived today, mid-April.

The onesies are not even remotely as pictured, incredibly cheap quality and not true to size. I will attempt to return these items and never use Fruggo again, terrible website
