Hello. Nancy was very helpful when I found myself signed up for this although had no idea that I had. She understood my predicament and was happy to help.

Duped my 12year old child into a £29.99…

Duped my 12year old child into a £29.99 /month subscription. Haven't responded to my email to cancel the charges. "Free" shipping of course a child will click yes. She had no idea she had signed up to this. Thankfully not enough money in her account for money to be deducted as she only get £5 pocket money a week. Disgusting.
