There was no mention of fees until you sign up

I don’t know why or how it is so easy to sign up to this thing so I really think that needs to reviewed internally. I signed up unknowingly and next thing you know I am being charged £29.99 and £69.99! However I reached out the team via email explained that I signed up unknowingly and Nancy was able to help me unsubscribe and reimburse me for both transactions within 48hrs.

Very good and wasy to use

I don't know how I got signed up for a service I neither needed or wanted, but once I pointed this out to the company, they acted promptly. Nancy replied to my initial email quickly, and after we exchanged a couple more emails she arranged for speedy refunds of my payments. I was surprised but pleased and very grateful

I had accidentally signed up to FSHIPP and was surprised to see a subscription payment. I emailed the company immediately and was delighted to receive an email promptly cancelling my subscription and returning the funds immediately. Thank you for your very professional and understanding manner.

I was offered a refund on my shipping. I didn't realise that involved signing up, which I didn't bargain for. I ordered my goods for the first time, and Im awaiting delivery, so cannot comment on the goods I ordered.
However I'm not sure what I've signed up for. I feel a lack of transparency, as I didn't agree to anything, and I'm concerned that Ive inadvertently signed up to a subscription which I don't want at this stage. I will be trying to contact customer services for an answer, I hope. It has rather affected my opinion of the company, but hope to be proved wrong.

I had a very good experience with FShipp, in particular with Nancy, who was friendly, responsive, easy to communicate with and added value. I would recommend FShipp and would like to draw particular attention to Nancy’s excellent work.

first thing I knew of FSHIPP was £29.99 leaving my bank account. I couldn’t recall ordering anything, contacted FSHIPP, had email back from Nancy the next day, and after explaining my lack of knowledge of the sign up, I was fully refunded. So good service, but bad and unclear marketing I’d say my the E-commerce site, I still have no idea which one it was.
