Dodgy sign up process
Unfortunately this is a company that relies on people signing up without meaning to. They then quickly take a high priced subscription payment and rely on the customer noticing and cancelling. It is not quite a scam as they seem to deal with refunds, but it is not far off.

Scammers!!
Scammers!!! Have scammed me by attaching themselves as a subscription under an order from another company!!! I have thought I have never signed up!! So they never contacted me, their subscription does not exist on my Apple Pay which is how they stole my details!!
Never agreed to any payment to them and they stole my money!!! Only reason why I found out they are stealing my money is because my bank contacted me!!!
THIEFS!!! SCAMMERS!!!

Refund of accidental sign up to subscription
On Apple Pay it was not clear that choosing Free postage meant signing up to a subscription service, but on contacting Nancy O, she very helpfully agreed to the refund of the £29.99 taken from our account.
Response was quick and understanding .

The outcome was great and the ease of getting our money back was no problem my only concern is how easy it is to fall into a subscription it should be more clearly visible as this was a stressful time as I thought we had been scammed as I had no idea what the payments where for.
