Got a free trial to watch a single game they attempted not only charge me after canceling but before the 7 days was even up. Absolutely ridiculous and scam tactics, do not sign up with a real card number they will try to steal your money.

I signed up for a free trial Sunday afternoon,by Sunday night they charged $ 89 00 app.. told no refunds given. This company should be stopped!

My husband pays for Fubo... The CW network is on there, you can only see the race and hear the cars but there is no commentary on the program. You would think you pay that much for fubo they could have the decency to let you hear what the announcers say. My parents stream CW on Hulu and they can hear it fine on CW. I guess fubo doesn't pay for that extra service.

I signed up for the free trial, I was led to believe an email would be sent before that trial ended. I received the reminder 2 days after I was billed. I cancelled my subscription and reported it to my bank which cancelled my debit card. I reported it as fraud, and received a credit for the billed amount.

No NBC and a lot of crap channels! We will be cancelling and going in a different direction!!!

I live 10 minutes from Gillette Stadium and can’t watch the Pats game on Fubo Tv. Do not get Fubo! What a joke service!

I signed up for a promotion rate but when my credit card got charged, it wasn’t for the rate I signed up for. Contacted customer service but they wouldn’t adjust it. Watch your credit card charges when dealing with this company. I immediately cancelled and will never use them again.

I tried the Fubo trial to see if they would be worth using for the college football playoffs and, perhaps be worth keeping for other channels. I started by trying to watch the 2026 Rose Parade. I had to pay an extra fee for it even though I had signed up for a "free trial". The sound was messed up and the video periodically had problems. I compared it to the actually free coverage in YouTube. YouTube was much better coverage. Same vantage point but the audio worked and there were no buffering issues.

I went ahead and tried to watch the Rose Bowl game and they wanted me to pay $50+ immediately (not honoring my free trial) to access the game. That tore it. I'm not going to be charged continually when I have yet to receive any real value. I recommend against others wasting their time and money.

Was good at first with local sports and news but then they started having disputes and we lost all the good channels! No Monday night football!!! It’s time for a change….. it also lags really bad like it super slow compared to our other apps we stream on!!

The overall fubo experience is fair. The main issues I have with fubo is they have limited quality channels outside of sport channels. Secondly, I received their apple tv box so I could view multiple sports at one time. It works but the format to locate items is a bit tricky. In fact, the box didn't even have Fubo pre downloaded, which I found hilarious, because the remote has Fubo written on them.

SCAMMERS! They know what they're doing. Advertised a 7 day free trial, said I wouldn't be charged as long as I cancel before the end of the trial. BUT THE TRIAL ONLY LASTED 12 HOURS BEFORE I WAS CHARGED $90. This service is just a bunch of assholes trying to trick people.

I would stay away from Fubo. There's something shady going on there. I canceled my free trial subscription the next day after using it and got two confirmation emails from both Roku and Fubo. Suddenly a few days later I got charged $108 from them and it showed on my account that my subscription was still active (!). It was extremely difficult to reach a live person from Fubo, who at last told me they couldn't help me and to talk to Roku. I had already done a live chat with Roku who told me to call Fubo! So I ended up going back to Roku and finally got a phone number to call customer support after doing their live chat again. In talking to a Roku agent, Roku did seem much more professional than the Fubo company, however they were still going to hold me to that unwarranted charge until I stated for the third time that I had proof in an email from both Fubo and Roku that my subscription had been cancelled, when the agent finally said he would give me a refund. He said I'll have it in 5 - 7 days so fingers crossed!

I’ve attempted to cancel my Fubo TV subscription four times now, but it keeps getting reactivated. The charge was made on a rarely used credit card, and I only noticed it recently for the fifth time, charging my card $135 a month. I’ve paid for an entire year’s worth of Fubo TV without using it. I’m now canceling for the fifth time in four years. I’m trying to figure out how to completely remove my billing and personal information from Fubo, and I’m also calling my credit card company to ensure that no further charges from Fubo TV are allowed in the future. I’ve switched to YouTube TV and will never go back to Fubo TV.

I signed up thinking ok all the stations I need for my needs. I started the trial added CC and was told twice I had insufficient funds on a card with zero balance. I cancelled the account. I signed up with DirectV and the charge went thru that day 5 bucks cheaper I might add. Anyway a week later they charged the card 77 bucks on a account that states cancelled. They said it happens auto and I didn't get approved for refund by the no-help auto support. I add to get to a human by saying I had technical difficulties viewing. After a while "Peter" the attendant started the process for a refund. I would be a cautious trying this sketchy way they do business...

Worse service, don’t waste your money.

There should be a negative number of stars for the 273% increase in price I agreed to. Never did the subscription/billing info during sign-up indicate to me this list of added packages and fees for local streams? I have had around 20 emails back and forth with customer service and they refuse to refund the over $50 charged on my card. I never would have signed up, even for a free trial, for a subscription so absurdly priced. Funds are tight right now and I needed that money to feed my child and I this week.

I'm not inept and have easily navigated subscriptions with a dozen other platforms, and nothing like this is a problem. I didn't simply "not read" or "misunderstand" what I was seeing when I signed up. I don't doubt they finagled some text to cover their theft somewhere in the subscription process, but it is not sufficient to present the charges prior to being billed.

Fubo stole $51 more than I agreed to pay them. They refuse to return the unwanted product and refund my money.

I noted the Fubo cost during signing up/prior to submitting payment for the same amount I told customer service, and I emailed the new subscription info to my spouse. I literally wrote down what I saw on the screen signing up, yet somehow they claim 2 or more added charges and fees I wasn't aware of.

Fubo deceived me and stole from my bank account, and the customer care refuses to correct the very significant discrepancy.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO FUBO UNLESS you're not worried about miscellaneous charges at least 2-3 times the rate you're seeing on their website.

Fubo owes me $51. How desperate they must be to conduct business in this manner!!!

If there was lower i would give it!! Glitches in ads and have to keep restarting!

I would NEVER recommend this service to ANYONE. Definitely do not except free trial offer…. If you do not like their service they will collect money and NO REFUND. Their pricing is very high without offering you many stations. Everything needs to be added on prior to being given your actual plan price.

Continued to bill way after subscription cancellation. I understand you pay up front, but after 3 months, and cancelling online - my credit card continued to be billed. Chat did not good. My credit card company finally stopped the billing and refunded me. This company is as crooked as they come. Never, I mean Never deal with them.

I used to love Fubo. I was paying for nfl redzone, the NHL, f1, and movies all without commercials. Now they have tons of commercials. I specifically got rid of other plans with netflix and other companies because of ads. But if theyre just going to ad in ads i may have to leave. This is not what i wanted.
