We have been working with Fulfillrite for more than 6 years now and we can say without a doubt that this company provides an outstanding logistics service.

Josh at Fulfillrite has been an incredible person to work with for several years now! He is always available to answer our questions and troubleshoot with us as we address our ongoing and ever changing business needs. We can't recommend him enough and are so pleased with our entire Fulfillrite experience!

Used Fulfillrite for S&H on our KS project. Josh was patient and supportive. Fulfillrite's amazing customer service is a big part of how we have product in the hands of our backers.

It's worth noting that we're a tiny little project but you'd never be able to tell from the level of attention and responsiveness we received.

Josh was extremely helpful!
I am very happy with my interactions with fullfilrite, especially Josh who I mostly ask for assistance when in need. His feedback was fast, useful and friendly which I greatly appreciate. 5 starts and a 10/10!

Great customer service, great integrations, and fast with processing shipping.

Josh was more than happy to hop on a call and answer all my questions, walking me through the process.

When I planned my second Kickstarter campaign I knew it would be worth the investment to engage a shipping service. Fulfillrite was the right choice. They provided full, efficient service and had a quick answer for every question I asked. The books arrived promptly and not a single backer complained about a damaged or lost package! I highly recommend them.

We worked with Fulfillrite for about 3 years and had a great experience with them. They are excellent at what they do and extremely communicative and easy to work with. I highly recommend working with them and would happily do so again!

I have used Fulfillrite for 4 years. They have been great to work with, very professional and always get orders out super fast. Their system is easy to use, and any issues are handled quickly. I highly recommend them.

Great service and staff. Top notch company!! I'd recommend it to everyone.

We looked at several fulfillment companies, and Fulfillrite had the best customer service! They answered all of my questions quickly, walked me through the solution and proactively proposed more considerations for us to think through that related to our business. I can’t express enough how happy I have been to work with Fulfillrite. We have had a great experience over the past 24 months. They are an amazing Shipping and Business partner. Their service is VERY easy to use, reliable, and their customer support are top notch. Really recommend them!!! Special thanks to Josh for supporting us 24/7!

Got a chance to work with Fulfillrite for the first time and I must say they are so good! They are very helpful and responsive, they help shipped out my Kickstarter rewards so fast. I wish I knew them sooner for my earlier campaigns. If you do any crowdfunding project, I would highly recommend Fulfillrite!!

After weeks of research and reading reviews online about different fulfillment services, I decided to give Fulfillrite a try. Over a year and a half and I haven't run into any issues yet, the customer service is amazing and the platform is super easy to use. As companies get bigger they tend to give less attention to their customers, Fulfillrite so far has been really reliable when we had any questions or inquiries, let's hope it stays this way for the years to come!
