Josh from Fulfillrite has been excellent. Very responsive and informative customer service. We are a UK company, trying to organise to fulfill from within the US.

We’ve been with Fulfillrite for a few days so far. It’s been a smooth ride. Their interface is great and orders have been going out smoothly. I have not yet done a cost comparison with our previous service provider but on the face of it it seems competitive. We had a slight integration issue but the problem was found to be on our end and Fulfillrite gave us prompt guidance, thanks to Sol who is dealing with us. One slight thing was that we have had to subscribe to two modules so far for updating our shipment tracking numbers in our website and then subsequently in our Paypal account. This was not apparent at the time of sign up. But the cost was small and we got detailed guidance. So on the whole I think these guys deserve a five star so far. I would hope that in future they can expand internationally to other locations, specially now that Europe is changing its VAT rules, so a European fulfilment center is definitely warranted. Other providers are more globally focused and you can manage various global locations from the same interface.

Sol at Fulfillrite was great to work with. He handled everything perfectly and fast! Their online portal was excellent to work with and integrates flawlessly with our businesses CMS/Website. It was a really seamless and straightforward experience, and we look forward to continue working with them in the near future.

Fulfillrite was the best asset I had in the soup to nuts process of my kickstarter / post kickstarter campaign.

I spent a lot of time preparing my kickstarter launch. I did very little thinking about what my post kickstarter needs would be. I had planned to fulfill all the orders from my garage with family and committed friends. When I began shopping around for best prices via FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, YRC Freight, Blue Dart and others to 26 countries, prices and logistics nearly made me cry. $60+ dollars to get a deck of cards to Australia was not in the cards.

Luckily, I found Sol at Fulfillrite.

Once I got my account open I did find Fulfillrites' site to be somewhat counter intuitive with lots of abbreviations and acronyms and some of the "More Information" drop downs were not helpful.

All that said, once I was able to turn the key and switch on the machine I was really amazed at how fast and efficient the fulfillment process was. You can check the status of any order, track the shipping all along the route to your clients door, upload new orders in a matter of minutes, put orders on hold, cancel orders, track your shipping budget and a host of other features are available to you . . . the list of positives goes on and on.

I was genuinely stressed from the time I launched my kickstarter campaign back in July until my goods arrived at Fulfillrite. I asked Sol, to take a photo of my freight. He did and informed me that they would start rolling out my orders within 24-48 hours. He was true to his word.

The stress just rolled off my shoulders.

Honestly, Sol and the support staff are knowledgeable, the service rates are fair and affordable, and they return emails and phone calls. Amazing. They are also patient. I needed a lot of handholding and I got it.

I loved working with Fulfillrite and can not wait to do more business with them.

Been using Fulfillrite for about 1/2 a year now for my new small business and love it. Josh and his team are simply the best! Very easy to use their online portal, make payments and manage inventory . Josh is very knowledgeable, polite and always responsive with emails or questions. Thank you making fulfillment so easy! The only thing I wish is for the monthly minimum to be a little more affordable.

Sol has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my entire experience with Fulfillrite. I reached out to Sol about fulfilling Kickstarter orders for a board game. Pricing was transparent.

I had a peculiarly shaped product and Sol took the time to experiment with different boxes/packaging to find the lowest cost/safest shipping method. Additionally, I had an issue where 2 products had the same barcodes, looked the same on the outside, and had different contents on the inside. Sol quickly responded and was able to slap additional barcodes on one of the variations (for an additional fee, of course). I had numerous international shipments in which Ascendia, Royal Mail, NordPost, etc lost packages or didn't provide updates. Sol responded to my questions about these and helped me to resolve every single issue. The platform is simple to use and Fulfillrite shipped almost all orders within 1-2 days of my creating them.

My main piece of feedback is to simplify order tracking. When Fulfillrite hands an order off to a shipping company (e.g. USPS, Ascendia), the portal logs the order as "Shipped." It'd be helpful to take it a step further and label orders as "Delivered" when the shipping company's tracking ID labels as delivered.

Great company with great customer service and great shipping options! My ONLY gripe is the fact the dont show real time status of packages like Aftership, we i can quickly see which orders are where in their journey. Other than that highly recommend! Would use again

I found Fulfillrite after working with two previous order fulfillment providers over the previous 3-4 years, the last of which was just a complete disaster, with much of my inventory being stolen.

Fulfillrite is amazing by comparison. Their shipping rates are unbelievably good. The speed of receiving new inventory and shipping new orders is lightning fast, and inventory shrinkage has been next to nil.

What few times I've needed support, it's been top-notch. I highly recommend.

I have been working with Fulfillrite since 2014. They employ a team of really dedicated staff who are smart and super efficient. Their shipping app works flawlessly. It's connected to my Shopify store, and orders import without effort on our part. Our customers get exact shipping rates as Shopify pulls in shipping options directly from Fulfillrite. Once an order appears, the team is on it. Often orders are shipped before we can even blink. When they know there's going to be a lot of work (like when we know we're shipping out crowd funding rewards), they staff up to make sure they can get my orders out same day. They work with me and are always super helpful anytime I have weird issues, and trust me, I have a lot of weird issues. I can't say enough good stuff about them.

Josh was always there to help me with any issue, he's very quick to respond and to resolve any kind of problem.

Fulfillrite was absolutely wonderful! They helped us fulfill our Kickstarter orders with absolute precision. Every package went out the day that the product arrived at their facility. Fulfillrite handled our large Kickstarter and Indiegogo campaign shipments with efficiency and quality. Sol and his team were excellent to work with and communicated quickly and thoroughly.
