I ordered 5 boxes from this company and only 3 arrived. When I reached out, they told me it wasn’t their fault and that I’m not eligible for a refund even though it was their packaging that caused this issue. I then went to their Instagram and commented under their posts for future customers to know about their lack of customer service and poor packaging, to only find 2 other girls who’ve experienced the same thing. After commenting under their posts to share my experience, I realize a couple hours later that they removed the bad reviews and limited comments. This is not how a company should run, they then blocked me after pointing this out to them through DM.

I got exactly what I asked for. Coming on here I was surprised at the number of negative reviews. I got a large bag of raspberry leaf tea and a smaller bag of nettle. The quality was good for me, it came as advertised and it was promptly delivered. Customer service kept me updated every step of the way. Even gave me a coupon code for next time. I had an all around great experience.

Bought $65 worth of tea. Beware that just because it says there are 30 servings doesn't mean there are. I received a small bag of Organic Chai (the same size as another tea that had only 15 servings, but was much fuller) so I measured what was in the bag and there were only 23 servings (1 tsp each). I reached out and asked for the other 7 servings to be sent to me and was just told that the quantity is by weight. That doesn't explain why they are falsely advertising the number of servings. Also, didn't really taste like chai and it was weak, won't be buying from this company again.

I bought $70 worth of Really It's Garbage now. But $70 in Tea on the 2nd or 3rd. Just got the package and I think I have paid double for a third. This Tea company is Oregon based, they should sell Magic mushroom tea. I got screwed, bunch of cute politely rude comments. Get your tea from China and pay half and then get double. They got me good & the tea not really sure? good -okay- not really though. Price was huge,No, absolutely no customer service. USPS told me that they created the label and then put it in the mail 7 days later. I got it at8:00pm the night of the 14th. 3 little bags of tea,$70, almost two weeks. They blamed it on USPS. USPS just followed the lead of the sender. They are late, when made late by others. Get your shrooms from Oregon not tea, you will be disappointed. In the Hole even. They act great & you pay them & I don't know what happens next, with me, almost nothing. And blame for others? Get that Tea from China,pay half,get double,or get it from Oregon,they will give you the Shaft for free. Btw I am a disabled person who has no $. Thanks again full leaf, keep it, the lies& Tea. :(

worst liars, they claim their teas are sustainably resourced but the tea i bought is full of pesticides & MICRO PLASTICS which is what i was trying to avoid. It has carcinogens & BPAs plus causes esophagus & digestion issues . I spoke to someone & was told i had to pay them to return items . Contacting my bank for dispute claim

Had several very unpleasant and painful reactions to a green energy tea and 2 types of detox combination teas.
I emailed after the 3 tea and Full Leaf tea offered a 75% refund on only the last and a $4.95 shipping fee.
So a refund of $42 on $222.56 cost.

They sell a tea called, “Organic Kidney Cleanse “. The very first herb is Dandelion. The other ingredients are excellent but still makes this tea VERY DANGEROUS for someone who is at level 4 with only one level away from Complete Kidney Failure. I drank one cup and was in so much pain. The only thing they say is “consult your doctor.” I told them I did but they still don’t care. I asked all they have to do is to look up the Dandelion and see for themselves HOW Dangerous this is.
How terrible these owners are. I called them and explained why this tea is so Terrible. I asked can you make this tea without the Dandelion and all the woman can says was, “I don’t appreciate the things you are saying”. They do not care because they only want people to just spend money on their products.
How callous can they be. I then asked for a refund and she became nasty.
Please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY because they are only in it for the money. I actually give them a big fat ZERO because of their lack of ethics.
I will be sending this information to the Government so they can be shut down.
How many people are being duped by their products? Most likely thousands.

Full Tea Leaf is the WORST! I ordered from them because their system said I would receive my product on an exact day if I paid extra for shipping. So I paid for 1-2 day shipping and I got it on day 4. I needed the product for a gift. I reached out to customer service and they are SO RUDE and wouldn't acknowledge their faulty system. I had to ask twice why their system lied about delivery dates. They just sent me a return label and said I will be charged $5 for it. Please don't order from this terrible place. Give your money to better companies that at the very least are nice to their customers.
