Made contact with several cremation only companies. Funerals with Grace made a good impression as after they sent their initial quote I wasn't bombarded with emails or unwanted phone calls. We looked into the information and felt that Funerals with Grace was the best company for us and they turned out to be the cheapest! Luke was absolutely fabulous on the phone and both plans were easily put in place in 15 minutes. He was really easy to talk to and answered all of my questions fully. It's good to know we can update our plans online should we need to in the future. Would thoroughly recommend Funerals with Grace. Professional and helpful.

Lisa recently helped me with funeral arrangements for our loved one and her and her team offered an exceptional service from start to finish. Alex Kerr, our Funeral Director was so caring and graceful to us all. 3 days on and I still feel like they've both got their arms round me. Thank you so much for helping me give my children's dad a special goodbye.

Funerals With Grace were superb in helping me arrange the cremation including the service. Lisa McDonagh was brilliant from start to finish. She was efficient in her dealing with everything including organising the service sheet and doing it in a respectful dignified manner. Alex Kerr the celebrant was amazing along with James Ford, the undertaker acting. They made the service not just special but a perfect send,off

Abbie was great my mum had a few questions but abbie was able to answer them all and put my mum at ease found the whole sorting mums funeral quite emotional but abbie was able to put it all in perspective very professional service provided and I liked that after contacting funerals with grace to make enquiries there was no pressure no constantl emails phone calls or texts that I had experienced with other companies I am very happy with the service I received

My independent mum aged in her late eighties and not in the best of health eventually "permitted" me to discuss her departure from this World including Wills and funeral plans. I diligently did my research ensuring that prepaid funeral plans were covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. A lot of reviews were about how polite and friendly companies were at selling their products but some positive reviews about a company called Funerals with Grace showed the service when "activated". The Bluebell policy seemed to suit my mum and we bought it three years ago. This Christmas, Mum died and I phoned Funerals with Grace. I cannot speak more highly about the compassionate, sensitive, efficient and professional service we received from both their staff and the Funeral Directors (White Rose) they employed to care for my Mum. They undoubtedly knew all the procedures for the Cremation Service and gave a fitting tribute whilst alleviating so much stress from myself. Encouraging my Mum to take out this plan was probably one of the best actions I could have taken.

This Company goes above and beyond at this most difficult time in anyone's life. I lost my husband just before Christmas and they took over for me right from day one. I had a dedicated number to call, and Bridget was there for me whenever I called, dealing with everything so sympathetically and professionally. She also rang me when she felt I needed her, and that was such a comfort. Everything she told me actually happened, she contacted the Medical Officer to try and speed things up, led me through everything ste0 by step and I just had complete faith in this company. The cremation and return of the ashes was seamless, happened exactly when they said it would and I have no qualms about recommending With Grace for your loved ones final journey. Thank you is totally inadequate but all I can say.

I asked online and a gentleman rang me to ask if I was interested in a plan I was so he talked to me about all plan's till I was happy then I chose what I wanted and discussed payments so I settled it and felt so much better knowing my family don't have to find money for me I'm so happy to know I'm covered thank you so much.

We wanted a direct cremation funeral plan so our children would have no stress to organise and pay for our funerals. Luke James was the consultant we dealt with and we were extremely happy with his professional manner and the way he responded to our wishes via email, as requested, instead of phone calls. He helped us set up a weekly payment plan which reduced the financial pressure. Plan with Grace lives up to it's name, thank you !

We were very pleased with the service we received from Funerals with Grace. Professional, caring, and efficient. The funeral company they used was wonderful, as was the celebrant. At such a sad and stressful time, they made things as easy for us as possible. Can't fault them.

My uncle knew he was dying and chose with grace especially as it was important to him to that matters were taken care of and paid for prior to his death. He sadly passed away last weekend. I have called them three times this week, each time its answered by an overflow call service who can only take my details and ask for someone to call back. I've left my details 3 times - no call back, I'm told they are busy.

The plan states that collection will take place within 24 hours, were very upset that 6 days later he's still in the hospital morgue with no idea of what's happening next. Its making us more upset to see the wonderful reviews and treatment others have received, as this is what our loved one expected for himself and us when he took out and paid for his plan - not silence

What a lovely company to work with. With resent passing of mum we felt lost not knowing what to do. We visited a funeral home and felt dismissed! Then we found funerals with Grace, their care was second to none! Very sympathetic and knowledgeable guiding us through every stage. From the beginning to the very end they treated us and mum with total respect.

Funerals with Grace were a god send. From the night they came to do the emergency collection of my dearly departed Mum Maria, up until the end of her service, they were EXCELLENT. The whole service that this company provide from the first phone call to the very end is just so professional yet sympathetic. The price plans they offer are really very reasonable and include a lot more than the so called “cheapest” plans out there that have so so many hidden costs yet include hardly nothing.
Every staff member I spoke to were so kind and patient with me which helped me in the fog of my grief so much. When I had trouble making decisions or delaying sending through important info for the funeral, they were all understanding and helpful, SO HELPFUL. Lisa was my funeral planner and she was so lovely and again, so patient with me. At times my anxiety got the best of me and I feel I bombarded her with emails filled with questions yet she still always replied with sympathy and patience.
My Mums officiant was Maria Tucker and my goodness what a lovely lovely lady she is. She is kind, understanding, co-operative and supportive. She went above and beyond and was always available even when I feel working hours should have been well and truly over. Maria’s beautiful contributions to my Mums Eulogy and the rest of the service were so beautifully said and said in such a way that was gentle yet powerful. Perfect for my Mum. I couldn’t have asked for a better and more well suited Officiant to do my Mums service. She carried it with such love and care. I will forever be grateful to her for this.
James Ford was the funeral director we were assigned from ‘Kerr Family Funerals’ (who work alongside Funerals with Grace) to collect my Mum on the night she passed and he was so respectful, professional and understanding. Also I must mention that James, the hearse driver and the coffin bearers were so brilliant on the day of the funeral. We had A few minor setbacks and delays but they helped guide us and prompt us so we knew what to do. They were, again,very professional, kind and understanding.
I honestly cannot recommend these companies enough and even though they are two separate companies, they work seamlessly together and there were no mis-communications or mistakes at all. I do not think I could have found better people to be responsible for my Mum.

Arranged and paid for a direct cremation plan for myself, so that my family don't have to. Everything was straightforward, exactly what I wanted. Lola-Mae was very informative, professional and helpful. Such a weight off my mind, great value too.
