We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been for both you and your child, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

While we're glad to hear our team was helpful and kind over the phone, we also know that no amount of customer service can undo the stress and upset caused when things go wrong—especially at Christmas. We’re genuinely sorry for the mix-up with the deliveries and the condition of the tyres, and that it led to so much hassle and heartache.

We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the process, and we’re glad we could offer a gesture to help make up for the trouble, even if it doesn’t change what happened.

Your feedback has been taken very seriously, and we’re using it to improve how we handle deliveries, especially during busy periods, to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with the bike. We’d like to provide some additional information that might help clarify the running time. For faster ride-ons like our Dirt Scrambler, a 20-minute run time on a full 8-hour charge is actually normal, especially when used at higher speeds. The faster the bike goes, the more battery power it consumes, which can cause it to run out quicker.
