The batteries were not new
The batteries were not new, they would not hold a charge. Took it to a garage to get checked out and they said those batteries are used.

We opted for 24v series so it has a lot of power for driving around uneven terrain.

Bought a pink audi car for my niece absolutely fantastic, delivery was free and came within a few days genuinely faster then expected i ordered on a Saturday and was here during the week. The go-kart arrived on time, great condition. Easy to put together. The chain broke on one suddenly and a replacement chain was sent out immediately, no questions asked and some tips and video links on how to replace the chain and maintain good chain lifespan. Great customer service.

The pedal cars arrived on time.
They need assembly but, once together, the children were delighted with the final product. Good fun! The essential elements are pretty sturdy and, if the child can be taught to care for things, should last for many years. I had to buy a second one as sibling rivalry raised its head!
