Furniture by Jackson Opiniões

Delay on order but Jackson furniture have since apologised for delay and explained the reason. Looking forward to receiving order and happy that I have been kept informed by them.

The leather club chairs are great. Exactly what we hoped for (bought on line, so not seen). The online process was fine and straightforward, particularly given it was over Christmas/New Year. Delivery was within the two weeks. The only issue was delivery. Nothing too serious. The date they were due to be pickup was given with a promise that the delivery date would be confirmed when picked up. That didn't happen, no delivery date by either email or text. The next day (I didn't expect next day delivery) while in a meeting a message was left by the driver saying outside the house (my wife was at home but obviously didn't hear him!).and would wait 5 mins. Foulgers delivered next day with no issue once I called the office in the afternoon and made arrangements, so all okay. The chats were very well packaged. All in all we are very happy 😁.

Not delivered on time..sent delivery date but no thing has arrived as of yet. Offered %7 refund for compensation that has not come through, said out for delivery then emailed to say back in stock and to choose new delivery date. Very poor service and communication

I had a great experience with furniture by Jackson.
Great customer service and super quick delivery.
I would 100% order from them again.
I bought a beautiful wooden stool with a cushion seat. The product is amazing quality and I am very very happy with my purchase!

Product was great and delivery of the items were very good on time and arrived when stated. Product was expensive but great quality.

Bought a couple of items from the Camille range. Competitive pricing, good communication, delivered as promised in good condition.

The chairs are beautiful and perfectly wrapped to protect the leather. Very happy with them.

Great communication prior to purchase- very quick delivery time and I am delighted with the Console Table.

I had a really positive experience with Jackson’s. I only couldn’t give 5 stars as the delivery was a few days longer than advertised, but that being said as soon as I contacted them, they kept me informed of my order and any other questions I had. Their customer service is very good, Virgil answered everything very promptly and it felt like dealing with a family business rather than a multiple. I had to send one of the items back as it didn’t work in my space but the process was very seamless. Would definitely recommend!

The office chair is really great. Good service at a very fair price

The chair was made exactly to measurements, and the finish is excellent. Furniture by Jackson was recommended by a colleague who had great service with a made to measure bench. reasonable pricing and a good delivery schedule

Highly recommend this company. Their communication from pre purchase to delivery was faultless. The item arrived the day after order, packages well and best still I am thrilled with the items. Will definitely buy from them again.

Good quality furniture at a reasonable price. Quick delivery. Highly recommended.

Lovely item
Great service all round

I ordered a console table. Amazing quality. Easy to assemble. The delivery took a couple of days longer than expected but I was kept up to date by the customer service team. Thank you.

Had a small issue, which was quickly sorted .
Excellent customer service,
Highly recommend

I'm in love with my dresser. I wanted a smaller dresser to save some space. (I'm a minimalist) and this dresser is 10/10. I love the chestnut color, the smell of the wood and it's very sturdy. If you are curious to know the length and width of the inside of the drawers, the two top drawers are Length:10 inches/ Width 10 inches. The three main drawers are, Length: 10 inches and width 24 inches. If you fold your clothes using the Marie Kondo method, you will have more than enough space for your clothes. Lastly the customer service was 10/10, I would like to thank Virgil for his outstanding customer service and great communication. The shipping was fast to the United States. Thank you, Furniture by Jackson, for the beautiful addition to my home.

The bedside table is lovely! It arrived on time, well packaged. Very easy purchase. Recommend.

Quality product at a good price.
Efficient and informative service by the customer support team.
Delivery ahead of schedule, would recommend buying from this company.
