I ordered a sideboard which was delivered to time and communicated excellently. Unfortunately one piece was damaged. However, on emailing, a new piece was ordered immediately. There was a delay due to this coming from overseas but Impact arranged a delivery as quickly as possibly on request. They were very helpful and the furniture is beautiful. I would not hesitate to use Impact Furniture again

Very disappointed with the quality of this bathroom furniture. I bought it less than a year ago, and it has already deteriorated badly. When I contacted the company to complain, I was told that the furniture is not humidity-resistant or water-resistant, which is extremely disappointing considering it is sold as bathroom furniture.

A bathroom naturally has humidity and exposure to water, so I expected the furniture to be designed to cope with those conditions. The quality is very poor, and I would not recommend this product.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My brother bought a 8 piece kitchen unit. When everything was assembled we found missing units and pieces. they asked us first to tell them exactly what was missing. We did that. Then they came back with oh the pics were not clear. We took more and provided a detailed explanation using the pictures. In the pictures it was clear that pieces and units were missing. Then they came back this time they accused my brother's contractor in being incompetent and DEMANDED that they speak with his contractors citing the contractors had assembled the pieces incorrectly. We blasted them tell us that they had no legal obligation to talk to my brother's contractor as they were third party and have no privity of contract with them. This believe or not was all coming from their area manager!!! They clearly didn't want to spend the money to send the missing parts and decided instead to torture us all the time with no intent in providing the parts. Now my brother has kitchen that looks like shite and they couldn't give a damn. DO NOT USE THEM. NO customer service and useless!!!!!

We have seen the company's response they have absolutely no evidence to prove all units and pieces were received they could only be 100% certain if they opened up the boxes themselves and they certainly were not there to do so. Also they claim to help us is not true I just received another email from them where they maintained they sent all the units and in their opinion the units were dissembled incorrectly so they offer to help is disingenuous.

I ordered a bed from them and unfortunately my husband mistake was that he didn't took the right measures that i know Is our fault.I call them to explain that when we took everything from the boxes to realize how to put everything together because their instructions are rubish and when we put the Headboard next to the wall to see how long it was we realize that it was to long and the boxes were outside wet because it was raining. I call them and they said is ok tho send back but to be wrapped properly and I have to pay 65(more or less)for the return. I said is ok.When they receive the bed back they said that they everything was damaged and when I ask for proof they send me 2 scratched pieces from everything. Soo they stopped 670£ because the bad came from Poland .But I ordered from B&Q UK not from POLAND and i send 2 emails sayingthat i want the product back and they denniedbecause that bed will be sold to someoneelse.Is my first time that something like happened and I order all the time.I hope that will help others to be really careful from where they order.

We ordered a pedestal dining table, which was delivered the same week. We are delighted with it- stylish, sturdy, good quality and value for money. The extending mechanism works well. It was very well packaged, no damage or missing pieces. Took a little while to assemble, but well worth it, would recommend.

Looking for a smaller slim mirrored cabinet to replace an old one, following an en-suite refurbishment this one was perfect ordering and delivery was straightforward. Customer service and warranty also excellent as door replaced due to transit damage despite excellent packaging. Fortunately the warehouse was close by so arranged a swap. Assembly was easy and the finished product feels robust. I recommend Impact Furniture and this cabinet for a smaller space.

Absolutely excellent service. We ordered a dining table which arrived within two days. The table itself is absolutely fantastic and very sturdy, we would highly recommend impact furniture.

I ordered a media cabinet from Impact Furniture. The price was incredible so I wasn't expecting much. The item arrived very quickly and was well packaged, it was also great quality. We are very happy with our purchase and we would use this company again.

We bought a bed from Impact Furniture and it arrived promptly and looks very smart. However, the instruction manual was terrible - we were going to put it together ourselves (my husband is a craftsman by trade) but it was so complex and poorly explained that we had to pay a carpenter to put it together. Even he struggled! The final product was as shown on the website and we are very pleased with the quality but they could definitely improve the instructions.

Helpful communication throughout and no issues with order or delivery. The product is good quality (round table for 4 extends for up to 10 people!). Easy instructions to setup too. Came packaged very securely.

INCORRECT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE TABLE PURCHASED. TWO PIECES DAMAGED
Took almost a week for the new pieces to arrive, and I asked for new fixings in case the fixings were not correct. So much drama!!! Impact wanting me to take a picture of this, take a picture of that, then told me to try to put the table together with the fixings I had, now I had the correct instructions. What a waste of time, back and forward. In the end they did not send fixings, I purchased what I needed. I would never use them again. Not solution focused at all.

Ordered 3 units and a mirror, phoned to ask which desk would be the best match to the 2 units and received excellent advice. Units arrived as advised and were easy with great instructions to assemble. Fantastic company which I would

Aruba sink wall hung unit a tall cabinet. Arrived on time, very well packed. Solid and look lovely.

I bought a beautiful cream and black tv unit , it’s so expensive looking and unfortunately there was a small chip on one of the doors….i contacted customer care and they replied immediately offering either money off or a replacement door and sincere apologies…..what can I say the door came a week later and that alone spoke volumes …customer care well done you’ve got yourself a return customer !

Overall it's good but the headboard is very thin and uncomfortable

We are delighted with our cabinet, great value and good quality. Will definitely order again in the future

Easy to deal with, great communication. Easy to assemble, will use again
