Dunkeld Solid Oak Bed Frame - king-size
After purchasing a king-size Dunkeld Solid Oak Bed Frame I had many issues with poor workmanship and faults. I sent the first bed frame back but the second bed frame was no better.I would not recommend the bed frame because of this, however, even though the transaction was far from satisfactory, I would like to pass on my thanks to the customer service team, specifically, James.
Often times things go wrong when making a purchase, and when this happens, its how things are resolved that matters.
I believe James's professional communication, fast responses to my emails and ultimately, his support with finding a solution to the issues went someway to making things right.
I would give the bedframe 2 stars for quality but I would give James 4 stars for service.

the chairs were exactly as described in both colour and design they are lovely very neat and extremely comfortable they look great in my conservatory and are fantastic value for money the delivery service was also great thank you.

My Sydney recliner must be up there with one of my best purchases on line. It does exactly what it says it does!

trustworthy company
I had a list of requirements about my recliner and my search was wide and took a few months. I narrowed it down to the one I finally bought from Furniture online and I am glad I did. The description of the recliner was informative and there were no mistakes and contradictory factoids presented in different parts of the site, which was my main pet-peeve with the other online furniture sites I looked. I rely on full and precise, factual descriptions of the product presented online as I don't have the luxury to check it in person. They have done an excellent and consistent job on the website and everything -including the delivery- proved out to work as described. No issues and no regrets. This was a big ticket item but for me, and I am grateful for the reliable online service. They ticked all boxes, products as described, delivery swift and as described, price and financial management as described. If you are looking for a piece of furniture online, this is an excellent site you can trust to deliver!

Love the Egg chair
Love the Egg chair that I ordered from furniture online. Can’t fault the stylish look of the item and quick delivery. Only one downside that is more complain to manufacturers than suppliers. They should do more thorough quality inspection as the assembly had some issues. But knowing what a hassle is to send bigger item back, we sorted the issues. We do understand that this can happen and no one cant guarantee that there is no manufacturing flaws. Otherwise great place, great prices, great quality.

Poor service
Let down on delivery, had to make three calls on three separate days and not listen to at all. Purchased as stating 3-5 working days and it 8 and was left sitting on the floor for 4 days. Customer service who were working from home were rude and refused access to a manager and on one occasion he made he couldn’t hear me half through the call and cut me off. Then had to have extra time off work to eventually receive the delivery and there response was £30 goodwill. Disgusting service. Was going to order an additional chair but not a chance. Would not recommend.
Typical response, I WAS REFUSED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER, I am not a liar.suggest you listen to phone calls on record. And also it was not Friday nor weekend so maybe get your facts right.

As my colleague explained, unfortunately, the delays with your delivery were down to our couriers scheduling and availability. Our customer service team were cordial in our replies and you were not refused a manager, it was explained that we do not have a manager working from Friday through the weekend.
I am sorry that you feel as though the service was not sufficient and we will take this feedback on board and work with our couriers to improve.

Quality leather reclining chair
Bought a leather reclining chair which seems very good quality, nice soft leather and comfortable. It came well packaged and was fairly easy to assemble but better instructions would have been nice. Massage function works so well I cant keep the grandson out of it! Happy Customer.

When l sat in the chair the seat leaned to the left and it was impossible to sit straight.I had all sorts of problems arranging the return of the chair,the couriers werent very helpful at all.
