My dealings with their staff have been very good, I have dealt mainly with James and Liam, who have both been very helpful and professional, they actually relied to my e-mails very quickly and did what they said that they would do, very rare these days.

Honest company to buy from

I’ve been looking at lots of sites, weighing up which chair would be best for me. Finally choose the Chester chair. So it got ordered. I then received an email saying that the order was cancelled due to the chairs left in stock had a fault, that I would get my money back. Was told there would be new stock coming. So waited & ordered it again. I thought it was descent of Furniture Online letting me know of the problem & no drama with cost returned.
Happy with the chair, does what it says on the tin.

Great Quality and service

Very easy to order, I had a query which was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I ordered a riser recliner and a manual recliner. Delivery by Furdeco was within a couple of days and they arrived on time and kept me informed.
The chairs are very comfortable, feel sturdy and are a blessed relief from our existing chairs from a different supplier.

Furniture online sent me a acknowledgement of my order immediately also they engaged a 2 man team to deliver my bed who were great and fast. Lastly my bed frame Tewin is the best ive seen so far and im loving it. What more can i say ,Happy.

Superb customer service

First time dealing with this company and I am impressed. Communication about delivery schedule was excellent and they use good couriers.
The product was good value, however there was an issue with a manufacturing fault on one of the items of garden furniture. The customer service assistant was excellent and tried really hard to source a replacement part, however it was not possible, so I was offered either a full refund and return or a reasonable partial refund and keep the furniture, which is what I opted for.
They have a UK based team and are highly recommended. Special mention to James for his helpfulness and professionalism

Could be a little more proactive around disseminating information about delayed delivery…

Only slight problem was not being informed that as the chair I had ordered was a new item this had to collected from somewhere else adding a few days extra to the delivery time. I had to follow this up but they upgraded my delivery service as an apology so it all worked out in the end.

The Letchworth 5' bed and mattress

The bed, the Letchworth, and mattress we bought are really good quality. Delivery was smooth. There was a fault on one bedpost which we reported. James telephoned and was very helpful. He promptly sent a whole new foot-end to replace the faulty part and now all is fine. Fantastic service, and fantastic products. We are ordering another bed and mattress.
