Lived with Fuse near Corvinus for a semester, went home for a break, and chose to rebook with them for my second semester instead of looking elsewhere.

All-inclusive rent and a flat I already knew made the return much easier to plan than starting the housing search over in a new country.

The community events are still the main reason I'd recommend it to other exchange students.

the whole experience was amazing the team was very helpful especially John Marcos, he was on spot reply fixing any issue we are facing, as for the room its very good and comfortable.

A desk chair in my room was broken when I moved into my Riga flat, and the first message about it didn't get a response for a few days. Called the office directly and it was replaced within 48 hours after that. Everything else about the coliving setup, private room, shared lounge, all-inclusive rent, has been solid since. Thanks!!!

From the beginning, Geraldine and Fuse Support Team members responded quickly to my questions. But the pictures on the website are a little misleading.More realistic info could be given beforehands regarding the location, district and the condition of the room considering the reputation of Fuse Stays. Although we had an issue with the room, Bianca and Zolta responded quickly to solve the problem. Many thanks to Zolta, the Property Manager in Budapest who has kindly assisted us and showed the room inother dorm. The problem was solved successfully.

The service was good and efficient.

Friends renting privately in Budapest are still sorting out separate electricity and internet providers months in. My Fuse flatshare had all of that folded into one monthly payment from day one, which made settling in a lot simpler as a first-time international student. The common kitchen gets busy most evenings, which I've come to like.

The people who helps booking process are great people, especially Bianca. She helped me a lot with the booking process, and by her help i found a really good private room for myself and booked it.

Rapide service always there when i ask a question and they are always helpful so it s 10/10

Chose Fuse's coliving in Riga over a dorm room mainly for the private room with shared common spaces. All-inclusive rent kept my monthly costs predictable as a student living abroad for the first time. Had to follow up twice on a wifi router issue before it got fixed, but the room itself and the location were exactly as advertised.

We fased a difficulty and fuse team solved it in a short time. Thanks.

Study at Semmelweis and picked Fuse mainly for the location, but the community side turned out to be the bigger win. Monthly all-inclusive rent covers everything so I've never had to deal with a Hungarian utility company directly. The organised city run last month was a good way to actually meet people outside my course.

Nous avons loué une chambre dans un appartement en colocation à Riga pour une durée de six mois. C’était une première expérience pour nous et, au départ, il n’est pas toujours simple de bien comprendre les différents paiements à effectuer entre la caution, les loyers, etc., d’autant plus avec la barrière de la langue. Cependant, chaque fois que nous avons contacté l’agence, nous avons reçu une réponse rapide.

Malheureusement, à notre arrivée, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de découvrir un appartement très sale, où, de toute évidence, les colocataires n’étaient pas particulièrement adeptes du ménage. Nous avons immédiatement alerté l’agence, qui a été à notre écoute. Nous avons pu demander à changer de logement, et notre demande a été acceptée, ce qui nous a beaucoup soulagés.

Par ailleurs, l’agence a également fait intervenir un agent d’entretien dans le premier appartement, ce qui a permis d’améliorer nettement la propreté et de rendre la colocation plus acceptable pour les occupants.

Nous souhaitons remercier tout particulièrement John, qui a été très réactif dans ses réponses à nos e-mails, malgré la période estivale. L’expérience avait plutôt mal commencé, mais la solution apportée par l’agence a été parfaitement adaptée à la situation.

Merci à Fuse pour son écoute, sa réactivité et la qualité de son accompagnement.

I wanted my own space without dealing with the hassle of finding an apartment solo in Riga, and Fuse's private apartment option was exactly that. Still fully furnished and all-inclusive, but I get my privacy while still being close to the community if I want it.

This is my first time interaction with this company and being an international person I was really impressed the kind of support I got from Bianca, the staff of this company. She was very prompt and to the point without wasting much of our time. She responded to all our queries in no time. I found her knowledgeable and prompt in sharing about what the company is offering us. My best wishes to the company, Keep growing👍🌼🌼

The room was not like in the pictures, the color of the wall was not the same, the decoration on the pictures where not there.
When I arrived I did not had a check in with someone from the agency.
It was practically impossible to contact the team accept from one of them, that we want to thanks because he always try to get us what we wanted.
Most of the time when we had an issue nobody was answering our emails and we did send a lot of email with my flatmates. At the time of the check out, the refuse to give me back my full deposit and did not even answer my email about it.
Same for the rent, they were sending us email with the amount we had to paid but charged me with more (they why my deposit was not complete) even though I prove to them that the Hungary civil code was saying otherwise.
The kitchen was so dirty when we arrived nobody went to do the cleaning, same for my room (t-shirt under the bed, nails cut).
In addition, I didn't even have hangers in my closet.
The experience would have been much better if the team was responsive. Even between them the information was not transmitted.
We felt like they were not really trying to give us some confort but just take money from us.
In addition, one day someone from the agency passed by without even telling us, we consider that a message is the least of things since we lived in this apartment.

The apartment was supposed to be for 5 people but I think 4 it’s enough, to be honest, there would have been no room for 5 people.

The essentials in the kitchen didn't work like the knife, but they bought some.
We had a big fridge which is great because a lot of shared flat for 4 people only have a small one.
The shower was okay once we cleaned it.

Fuse has been very helpful answering all my questions quickly and in an efficient way.
