Very pleased with the constant notification of tracking my purchased items.. The items arrived as predicted... well made products-easy to use. HOWEVER as my house was built in 1982, the items , unfortunately, are too large in diameter, and CANNOT fit in my bathroom faucet drains, thus I can not use them. A suggestion: the measurements of the items should be included in the item descriptions..

I purchase four of the hair-catching sink stoppers, but I cannot get one of them installed in any of our six household sinks! In order to fit the Futumall stopper into a sink, a plumber would have to dismantle and break the sink drain. Futumall should make it clear into what type of drains these gadget would be workable.

Julia was able to provide a refund. I dont know why the product was not designed to fit my drain.

Easy to purchase the tool. The tool worked great.

The drain insert is too big and will not fir into a standard drain.

DON'T ORDER from Futumall. I ordered hair catching sink drain. It was too large for any of my sink drains. I Emailed them multiple times re: return/refund and never heard back. I should have checked reviews before I ordered! BTW, similar product are available on Amazon and those include size/dimensions.

I never received the product. It has been over a month. I would have given it a zero star rating but it wasn't available. They were quick to take to take my money! Scammers!

Still waiting for product or communication from this company. Have sent 4 emails with no response! Still no products! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM THEM!!!

I sent them an email twice that I would like to return it and I did not get it back Any response.

I ordered the hair catcher for my drain. It is too big to fit in any of my drains. I bought 4 of them for about $41. I emailed and asked how to return for a refund. I never received a reply and it's been more than a month. I wouldn't order from this company again. I now see in other reviews that these hair catchers don't work in US drains.

ordered several products, after 60 days, never received, tracking shows sent to another address to be returned to China shipper. No response to emails or website messages.

I loved the product, however was disappointed 3 I had to go to the post office and pay an additional $7.70

Is this made in China? It doesn't fit most sink drains in the US

Wasn't hard to order, but still waiting on product to arrive. Last check it was departing LA airport. It has been over 3 weeks since the order was placed. Knowing it came from China still patiently waiting.

The instructions were too small of a print that I took a photo and enlarged the print. It took quite some time for its arrival with no update on the delivery status. It’s now charging so I have not yet used it.

Received an email stating Package was delivered, nothing was delivered. Reached out multiple times to the seller and still no response. Its a total scam.
