Future Smart recently installed an air conditioning unit at our house in Elmstead Market, Essex. The service received from initial enquiry through to installation was friendly and very professional. The job was completed to a high standard and our room left clean ans tidy. Highly recommended!

Bought a new house and unfortunately the electrics was done as a botch job, Bruce came by helped fix it properly as I was worried for the kids, he quoted fairly and the work was done to the highest standard leaving us finally feeling safe! Highly recommended

This review is completely false and appears to be retaliation after we cut ties due to unprofessional conduct.
There was no contract, no money owed, and no payments withheld. In fact, this individual carried out black hat SEO without our knowledge, which resulted in our Google profile being suspended — something that seriously impacted our business. On top of that, the changes made to our website were a mess and had to be corrected at our expense.
We’re proud of how we run our business — honestly and professionally — and we’re glad to have moved on from this experience. We’d strongly advise others to be cautious before working with him.
After moving into a new house, I booked Future Smart to do my electrical inspection, install some outdoor lighting and also check the existing car charger and solar panel installation over. From enquiry to arrival, the team were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Highly recommended.
