Having sold houses in the past we know that surveys/home reports can be a stressful process. However, Craig Henderson completed the recent home report on our property with professionalism, honesty and transparency. This clarity meant we knew exactly what was happening and it made the process the least stressful we have experienced.

Very unpleasant dealings with G+S company (Dundee office) in regards of performing home report on purchased property. Led to significant financial loss and unimaginable distress. After this I was blackmailed to change the bad review and threatened with legal action. Stay well away.

Prompt, efficient, friendly and professional service from Graham & Sibbald in Stirling - from front office staff as well as from Michael Anderson, who conducted two home reports on my house. Both reflected rigorous but fair standards. The first enabled me to identify issues which I might address before proceeding to market while the second was a later 'refresher' needed by a prospective buyer. All in all, a helpful and useful experience. My thanks.
