Mixed Experiences
The good. Better than my previous provider (Virgin Media), albeit that isn't a terribly high bar to clear. The phone service is sluggish, but when through to an agent, generally efficient. Network performance is OK, albeit it can be spotty, and there is no mechanism for informing customers when networks at down (although that may in part be my account constraints).
The bad. Signed up via the phone, as had queries about the installation that were insufficiently transparent online. Signing up via phone means there is no mechanism for providing an online app, portal or login for account management. In 2026. It's backward and dated functionality, or lack thereof, and reflects very poorly on their willingness to invest for their clients. It gives the impression of a bargain basement brand, and sits squarely at odds with the HIGH PREMIUM pricing. My recent quote for renewal was £59pm, for Gigabit broadband. The corresponding Gigabit service from Virgin is not much more than half that price, at £31.99pm initially, rising to £38.99 in Year Two of a 24 mth contract. G.Network is by far the most expensive option in my postcode, and the experience falls far short of value for money.

Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service. After finding out internet wasn’t working, we contacted support and were told we’d receive a callback shortly from technical support. Multiple hours later and no callback, we phoned again, only to sit on hold and be automatically disconnected every half an hour. Finally it updates to an automated message saying there’s a fault but there’s no option stay on hold or speak to someone. We then get an email and a phone call, which contradicts the email, saying our internet will resume today (which it didn’t).

German Schmidt excellent engineer for installation
Easy and prompt to arrange installation date. German arrived on time and kept me informed throughout installation process. He was calmly able to resolve hitches that occurred due to layout of system in my block of flats and ensured all was tidy, up and running and that I understood system before he left. Excellent service.

I have had issues with the Internet for a few days. I have logged ticket twice and no one has called me. They are quick to respond here where there is.a good review but terrible when responding to issues.

Skipped out on installation after six hours of prep and two days off work
Appalling disorganisation and waste of my time and my partner's! After coming out for an installation appointment, G Network then stated-- after we had taken the day off and spent three hours moving furniture to accommodate them-- that they needed to do a site survey instead. It took three more weeks for them to book the site survey. The day of the survey, we spent another three hours moving furniture and my partner once again took work off. At the very end of the day, G Network informed me they had cancelled the appointment and the entire installation has been cancelled. They told me they had known for days taht they wouldn't be coming-- they simply didn't care to tell me about it. The man who did the scheduling and failed to inform me of the cancellation, David Asamoah, seemed extremely amused by the waste of my time and effort.

Moving house
Moved house a couple of days a ago and my current broadband provider said they couldn't connect us, so I contacted G.Network, and was totally amazed how fast they got me connected. Oliver came out on a Saturday morning and we were up and running by midday. A brilliant service and I couldn't recommend this company more.
