I bought a "OnePlus Series | Privacy Screen Protector" that was supposed to work with fingerprint. But it didn't. So I contacted support - they sent me two new cases - one "OnePlus Series | Privacy Screen Protector" and one "OnePlus Series | HD Screen Protector", in case the privacy screen didn't work with fingerprint still.

... And apparently from TEMU??? that's where my confirmation mail came from.

When my 2 new screen protectors arrived, they were damaged. And after I contacted support again, they just ignored me.

And also my "OnePlus Series | Privacy Screen Protector" that I ordered in the first place fell off a couple of weeks ago, even though I installed like the instructions.

So last time I buy from them, even though they followed up first time.

Absolutely scam company!!! I ordered case for samsung galaxy s25 ultra and got wrong case. They don't offer free return and instead they give you Chinese address to return which is very expensive and cost me 14£ so basically lost 21£.

I have bought OnePlus Magsafe Series | Graphene Cooling Phone Case for my oneplus 10 pro - cost including shipping was 37.9 euro
When you go through their site it states that it is compatable with magsafe accessories and it shows you the image of a magsafe wireless charger.
The case seems to be made of good qualty and the phone fits well - the magnet is also good
HOWEVER with the case the phone cannot charge wirelessly.
When i contacted them they asked me for a video of the issue which i sent them.
They told me that the case does not support wireless charging. No were on their site it is stated that wireless charging is not supported - so i asked them for a refund.
At first they told me
Option 1: You pay $14.99 for shipping, and we will send you other styles you like for free Option 2: You return the package to our warehouse at your own expense, and we will refund the full amount after you receive the goods (excluding shipping costs) Option 3: I will apply for a $3.99 refund for you Option 4: Give a $6.99 coupon, and the next purchase will be $6.99 without any threshold.
After a number of arguments i managed to get a refund of 22.46 Euro and i kept the useless case.
I feel that it is not fair i lost 15 euro because of their mistake. Till date they have not updated their site to inform customers that the case does not support wireless charging

It took me almost 5 weeks to receive my first order. I had ordered the wrong one. Their customer service offered to have me return it and ship me another one at a discount. I elected to purchase the correct one since it was my mistake. Not only did they refund half the purchase price so I essentially got the new one half off, I got it in a little over two weeks. It's gorgeous, I love it. Thank you Galacase . Great customer service team.

I ordered a smartphone case from Galacase that was advertised as having a frosted glass look for €32.99, but what I received was a cheap, gray plastic case that looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Already disappointed by the product, my experience with customer service made things even worse. Instead of offering free returns, they expected me to pay the return shipping costs. Alternatively, they offered a ridiculous refund of $3.99 for a case that was clearly not what I ordered.

The customer service was unhelpful and uncooperative, and I strongly suspect this is part of a scam. I would strongly advise against ordering from Galacase – stay away!

Great cases on my 3rd one now. Delivery could be a tad quicker but will use them for all my cases for my phones

I ordered 9 cases. They were all meant to be for Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. The website pictures were gorgeous and glossy. It took over 3 weeks for the cases to be delivered. The cases I received were terrible. Only 2 of the cases were for S24 ultra. The other 7 were for something else. Only one of the cases was glossy, unfortunately not one of the correct size. The rest were matte and faded looking. I have been trying to get help with my order by email, but it takes them days to respond, and they have not been helpful at all. I wish I had searched reviews first, and had not wasted a lot of money.

I absolutely love these phone cases! I ordered 4 this time. they have very nice designs. Also, their protection is top-notch. My phone fell out of my pocket while running, but it didn't break at all!

This was my first time purchasing from this brand, and I was really impressed when I received my products.
My order arrived reallt fast too. I will definitely be purchasing from this Company again. Thank you so much for a pleasant customer experience.

I order 3 tough cases. The images online all looked like very bright and gloss finish.
When I received them 1 of the cases was gloss the other 2 were matte finish which is not as vibrant and very slippery.
These cost me $52 each case.

When I contacted them they sometimes take days to reply and even though very friendly they are only willing to give me a refund if I pay to send the goods back to China. Otherwise they can refund me $3.99

The cases took ages to arrive also.

I ordered for the second time and they sent the incorrect item. I immediately contacted the customer service and they willingly decided to send the correct one and I still get to keep the incorrect case. They have really been so helpful. And I really love their cases. So many designs to choose from 😊

Really bad quality. Case doesn't look like the photos at all. Terrible quality. Better not waste your money like I did.

really bad quality. dont trust the photos in their web site. the case worth $5 each only. if i know this seller from china i think i will think again before i make a order.thanks for teaching me a lesson. i wont pay these kind off UNKNOWN SHOP again. send the wrong items also.

Except for the uncontrollable shipping time, I will give 5 stars for other aspects. I like my galacase phone case very much! I bought over 4 of them last month! ! I will continue to purchase more as new designs come out!

In the end I have managed to cancel my order and get a refund, but it took many emails and negotiating with Galacase's customer service. The shipment was late from the beginning, that is why I asked for contract termination and a refund. I do not know about the quality of the products, but the whole process with me trying to check what had happened with my order and trying to get this refund was exhausting and very unpleasant.

Amazing company with incredible products, unique quality cases ! The customer service team are really attentive and helpful! The prices are worthy of the quality I highly recommend!!!!

I’m a very pleased customer regarding my purchase everything went smoothly and the colour palette, pattern of the phone case is awesome. Very good quality. Definitely will be ordering again from this company!

SCAM- do not buy. Take your money and send a fake order number that can’t be tracked. No response to emails requesting a refund.
