This was a nightmare. you overcharged, didn’t charge my credit card and claimed it failed when my bank had no history of you trying to charge in the first place, then you over charged me AGAIN. and then completely changed my flight so i had an 8 hour layover which i bought these tickets specifically so i wouldn’t. your customer service was rude and short with me when i was just trying to under why the price changed. never using this service ever again.

I loved that I was dealing with one person, and that she worked hard to Accommodate our needs. Jessie’s did a great job and I do recommend her. However I didn’t like how I had issues with payment of my flights.

This was our second time trying to get these tickets. The first time we worked with Ion and ended up two weeks later with a refund showing up in our account e we itch no explanation. Communication was very bad.

I'm so glad we found this company. Tickets are outrageous and it was going to be over 5k to fly to Texas. We got 5 tickets for 2580... Austin has great customer service and anytime we have questions, Austin is on top of it and always respond and in a timely manner. I am gonna be honest. At first my husband and I were scared that that the price was to good to be true because we spent weeks looking for tickets and we were gonna give up and not go because of the prices but this company saved our butts. Thank you Austin for being amazing and having our backs and caring about your customers.
