Although I had a limited budget, Nikki Hayes, my contact, was very helpful. She understood and tried her best to find something suitable . I Can't fault their service and confident Nikki in particular will go out of her way to help.

Jamie Smith provided a superb service in organising tickets for a friend and myself for our trip to Thailand next month.
Not an easy task as we were not in the same part of the country. So Jamie organised everything for everthything for both of us including wheelchair assistance for my friend, great flight times and great prices.
Could not have made this trip without Jamie's diligence and perseverance.
Overall a very experience.
Just cannot praise Jamie highly enough

Nelson is so dependable. I was a tad worried at first thinking I’d booked a scam. It wasn’t, got my fly e-ticket as promised

Jamie Smith was very helpful intaking things through with me and being patient with my deafness. However I was very disappointed in that having booked a flight at price advertised I now found that there was extra charge for baggage and that my booking couldn't be confirmed for some reason and I would have to pay an additional £400 approx. This is not good Practice. The price you show on line should be the price one pays. I would have booked through another company if I had been aware of this.

Rex Dasilva provided an excellent service in purchasing flights. One slight issue was the website offer of Business class flights, but during the booking process it became apparent in a small font that hold luggage was not included in the price (Hold Luggage 0). That's a first for me and I could easily have missed the absence of hold luggage when 2 pieces for business class is normal. Rex did resolve the issue but at a higher price than advertised.

It was my first time booking with this travel agent, and definitely won't be my last. Jamie was absolutely incredible, he was very helpful from start to finish.
