I thought since my insurance recommended this company that it would be Okay. I couldn’t get into my PCP until July and I was out of my medication. Should have been a quick fix right. Oh boy was I wrong. And the worse part is it counts as a yearly exam. First the way that they address health concerns is to open up some new chat for each concern then close them without addressing the concern. I was sent to get lab work done no problem went to get it done. Then I voiced my concerns about my issues not being addressed and they asked me to submit my lab results which I is strange since they are the ordering physician why don’t they have access to my lab results. I uploaded them as requested. My initial appointment was 3/10 and it is 4/20 and I still haven’t heard anything back. I put in a complaint with my insurance company to have this investigated and made an appointment with my regular PCP. I wish they could do more because they definitely don’t deserve to be paid for doing absolutely nothing.
I have just started using Galileo, so far they are doing a great job of communicating, meeting, and exceeding my expectations. The flexibility of being able to set up an appointment at most any time of day or night is a huge benefit and convenience for me

I'm so disappointed and disgusted with my care on this app and feeling worse than I did.
Always was honest about my situation and my severe Bii symptoms and ruptured implant and was dismissed like I was exaggerating. Yet I was up every night puking in a trash can next to my couch and couldn't sleep so severely sick I was begging for help. For my anxiety my nerves I'm already on celexa I don't need anymore and I depressants I'm begging for help and they kept dismissing me like I was lying. I really hope our healthcare system wakes up... Before it's too late. And is really sad what our healthcare system has come to. Everyone thinks that people are trying to get pills but no one's listening to the symptoms and what they are actually going through they want to be dismissive and treat them like they're all drug addicts. I'm angry and frustrated and I'm still sick dealing with my mental health anxiety and if it wasn't for the nausea medication the hospital prescribed I wouldn't be able to eat food right now. I'm honestly disgusted by this app. And the way I was treated. I can't even give an exact date cuz I'm not going to go back in the app and look it up. I saw three different doctors and they all treated me the same.

After filling out the initial questions it took several hours before I got a response even though it said 20 minutes. it was difficult to understand the Dr and instead of helping me with any prescription she told me I should go to my own doctor. The whole point of doing virtual is because you can’t always get out to the doctor for whatever reason especially on a Sunday evening. I had bronchitis for several days and needed a refill of prednisone which she would not give me. Not sure if I would use this app again .callondoc was much better and much quicker, but my prescriptions were not covered because they don’t take Medicaid.
Easy to setup up your appointments. Quick turnaround. I had my referral the next morning! Great doctors overall!
Great visit with the Doctor. She worked with me to find prescriptions that my insurance covers. The followup is awesome. They make me feel like they really care.
Jackie Jones (FNP-C) was fantastic. Better than many doctors I talk to.
I was unsure about this service, so my expectations were too low, however as soon as I got my first appointment and then all the follow-ups from all the team is amazing, you finally feel like the Doctor is really caring of you
Doctors visit was fine, however it has been impossible to pay my bill with Galileo. The link they provided to pay bill does not work.
I've tried to contact their billing department multiple times, just to receive an auto-reply and no answer from a human being.
Also, beware if Galileo was recommended to you by United you will charged an out of network co-pay.
Do not recommend.

I received a call back within 10 minutes. The physician that I spoke with was very nice, helpful, and was legitimately concerned. I didn't feel rushed. He listened to everything I was saying without interrupting. I will use them again in the future and highly recommend them!!!

When I first started using Galileo I was so impressed. They seemed to care greatly about providing a high level of service and everything was seamless so I switched my primary care over to them. A couple months later I needed a refill of a basic medication I'd been on for 18 years. I messaged for several weeks, my messages were ignored and my refill request was never processed. I let them know that my refill was urgent, I was leaving for vacation for 2 weeks and didn't have enough medicine to bring. They never approved my refill until the day after I left for vacation leaving me without my meds. Now it's time for another Rx refill, again I requested it weeks prior to the refill, all they need to do is approve the refill and my pharmacy will mail it at the appropriate time, they refuse to approve until the 90 days but with mail order that leaves me without meds because of the processing and shipping time. I have to go through this every 90 days because they won't even give 1 refill on the initial Rx. It's so frustrating and because of this I changed my care to Sesame. So far they seem much easier to work with and ordered my Rx for me immediately. I do not recommend them, it was the worst I've ever experienced.

They have been patient and dont rush the appointment along to get to the next patient. They take notes when I answer a question. The other great thing is how easy the app is to use. The whole experience has been really great. If its easy to get an appointment and be seen by a caring and knowledgable Doctor, you have a loyal customer/patient.

Cuz the doctor came on at a timely manner and essesd the situation with what I had wrong and we adjusted everything that we are going to get done to see if it helps me get rid of my proximity.

Any time I have needed to use Galileo it has always been very quick and convenient. The providers have always been friendly and efficient.

I got on the app to get a refill for my roesca. Well it was not as easy as I thought. I sent a message to let them know I needed a refill. They sent me several messages about other stuff I was on. I answered their questions. They sent me a form to fill for ance. I told them it wasn't ance but roseca. They said they would get back to me in a few hours. Well I heard nothing back. I sent a message and told them it had been over 12 and heard nothing from them. I explained what was going on. They sent me another form to fill out for ance. I told them I had already did the form. All they could do is apologize and say it was a glitch in the system. I understand about filling out forms for new doctors but they need to make sure that a person has filled out the form once. The only reason I am using them right now is because I dont have a primary doctor. Luckily I will see a new primary in June.
