I’m receiving better care!

I’m receiving better, more attentive care through General Medicine than I was with my in person provider. General Medicine has been able to get my meds pre authorized with my insurance when my in person provider failed to do so. I love this service and have been recommending it to all of my friends!

I reached out to Ge eral Medicine for a prescription refill

I reached out to Ge eral Medicine needing an emergency refill of one of my very important prescriptions because I no longer had a primary care doc. The 1st person I was chatting with told me she could not fill it for me and asked me to wait until she could find someone who could.(which is the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star) It was a long and stressful process but once I had a very kind and understanding doctor chatting with me she understood my urgency and filled a 3 month supply for me. She even sent a follow up chat to see how I was doing. I'm very grateful I found General Medicine and got the help I needed from a very caring company. I would recommend General Medicine to any friend or family that needed help when they have no one else to turn to.

My Dr really listened

My Dr really listened and got to the root of what was going on. Most importantly, she was available that day instead of in two weeks. I have a follow up with the same doctor, so even though it is remote, the care is still there.

Never got my prescription sent

I paid my money to have my metoprolol 100 mg er filled. Everything was going smoothly until it was time to send the prescription.They said my CVS wasn’t listed in their system and give them another one.so I did! They disappeared on me someone texted and said the pharmacy was on lunch and they will try back! Then this kept on for two hours I asked was I being scammed and they sent a message that they sent my script to my pharmacy and it was a cvs that was permanently closed!!They then said they would send to my pharmacy and that was the last message! I was so hurt! I just needed this refilled until I could go to doctor and they just stop responding.

Awesome Company

I was in a desperate situation
My health insurance dropped me for so called “making too much” & I am on a antidepressant medication
I had had just used my very last refill from my psychiatrist & I was in a very panicked state luckily I googled “who can fill medication without insurance” & General Medicine popped up first so I clicked & I am so VERY GREATFUL I DID!! They were so quick and super fast & I was able to get a 90day supply

Why don't they have their own chat platform????

I have spent all day trying to communicate via text bc apparently they can't install a chat platform on their website. My issue was very embarrassing and I had to explain it over and over. And I needed a refill for a non controlled substance. I kept asking if this nurse practitioner received my texts. She would never answer. I told her in depth what was wrong, she asked for my allergies and pharmacy 3 times. I'm not sure why she eventually got those. I said would you like to switch to another phone? Maybe I could borrow one. Silence. I told her over and over what was wrong. It was so demeaning to have to tell her so many times. I asked if this was an AI program bc this didn't seem right. I'm a very transparent person. And I felt I was treated differently. Then abruptly she just said they couldn't help me on this platform. And, you know what my main issue is? She kept on making me explain a very embarrassing disease. I was told I'd be able to speak with a doctor. I tried to get her to confirm several times if she could communicate with me. It was a nightmare. I sent them an email. I still don't know if a doctor is going to look at my case. It's not as though my problem was rare. Tons of ppl have it.

I was on a roadtrip and needed an appointment for a minor medical issue. I was able to get my concerns addressed and a medication issued at the local pharmacy rather quickly. Very impressed by the quality and care.

As someone without insurance, General has been a godsend. Providers are professional and timely and really take their time discussing with you. Diane Jones NP was amazing and ordered lab work to make sure everything was functioning well. She provided a detailed care plan me along with prescriptions for the medication I needed. I would highly recommend General to anyone with a busy schedule.

General Medicine made it very easy to book an appointment! I really enjoyed speaking with Dr. Patel. He was very knowledgeable and made the visit comfortable. I just felt like after trying the medicine, I didn’t care for it so I decided to not take it! I’m feeling better everyday! Thank you for all of your help and positive feedback!

*SCAM*

Made an appointment for my fiancé at 10:30 PM tonight, since she has been in really bad pain and it’s making her miserable. None of the hospitals we go to will take her serious so we went to their website and checked it out.

The doctor acted like he didn’t care and that he couldn’t do anything for her, which is ridiculous. It’s not right, and I’m very upset about this. Don’t fall for this SCAM like I did just ridiculous.
