Parcel arrived on time. Ordering was easy.

I was given a Gallant Standing punch bag as a gift
I then decided to buy a cover for my new sparing partner 😀

This js great company with fantastic customer service that sell quality and well priced products

Rapid despatch and receipt of items. Perfect items to protect my two upright punch bags in my garage, very good quality. There is a lot of equipment on their site which I will looking at and wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again.

Delivery quicker than expected. A very sturdy piece of kit, great value for money. Really easy to assemble.

I bought dumbells to re train after 10 years off. The dumbells are poor, yes they was on sale and cheap. I except that but. They just come loose making them are effectively dangerous and uneven in weight. This csn also be a detriment. Poor, very poor.

I tried to contact them to enquire about payment options. I used the live chat and 2 days later still nothing. I emailed them and still nothing. I would have spent a fair amount but now I'm going somewhere else.

Excellent service, fast delivery. Great, durable product. Ideal punchbag for beginners/intermediate boxers or just people wanting to upgrade their fitness

Found what I was looking for at a good price. Ordered, paid for and promptly delivered. Product received was exactly as described and so I was not disappointed.

Customer service is non existent, several undelivered products with no tracking or updates, sent several emails and no response. Shame because I heard their products are good value, shame I haven't seen them yet.

I think this site is a scam. Ordered something and then Evri delivery cancelled and I've heard nothing from customer service after trying to contact them

I recently purchased a Bionix muscle roller from Gallant Sports.
The item is sturdy, exactly as described. In searching, I found no equivalent item at this shop's price. Furthermore, every other source I found would have charged extra for postage, despite their prices already being higher.
Service was prompt. I received the muscle roller within two days.
I might add that I purchased this for a specific medical reason. I was pleased enough with it then to order another to keep at a location away from my home. Altogether, I'm very pleased.

If I’d read the reviews before ordering, I would not have purchased from Gallant Sport. However, I looked at the reviews after ordering the 360 free standing punch bag. Can I firstly say, if you order this item, IT WILL ARRIVE in two parcels. It’s not physically possible to get both items in one delivery.

Both my items were despatched very quickly, different couriers. The bag (evri) arrived fine. The DPD delivery (base) went astray. I don’t think Gallant can be held responsible for this. I gave it 5 days, and called Gallant. Shaz was helpful, and organised a tiger base to be sent out.. and that’s went DPD found my missing parcel and it was coming out to me. So, all in all, bit of a faff. But the price of the bag was the lowest I’d seen so I was prepared for a bit of aggro.

I gave Gallant 4 stars because price was great, shipment was fast and they did resolve the issue.

Sadly, there seems to be an issue with their trustpilot rating due to misuse? Not sure what that’s all about but I’ve given an honest review and account of my experience using the company.

Will never order from this company again. Still waiting for a punchbag to arrive days and days after the base did. Customer service don't care..."wait 48hrs" ...."wait 48hrs"......how many more 48hrs Gallant.

Lesson learnt.

14/11/2025 Arrived in a battered box and left in full view of passers-by. Gallant blaming Evri. The punchbags fantastic but the lengths I had to go to to get it in the end make me feel my original review is still valid. Such a shame.

Good choice of products, reasonably priced and very quick delivery. Would use again
