This rating is for the service. The bands have a slight defect due to adherence; this is minor, but prising apart could have gone wrong. The imperfection is relatively shallow.

My second Gallant mat

As part of rehab
As part of rehab, after a long time in hospital, I need to strengthen my legs.
I was pleasantly surprised at the robustness and quality of the step, it's as good as ones costing over double the price.

Successful redirection of granddaughter's present.
I accidentally directed my granddaughter's birthday present to me in Hampshire instead of her home address in Devon. I emailed you on Monday and even though it was already out for delivery you successfully managed to redirect it to her home where it arrived safely that day. Amazing work doing that. Not many firms would manage that, or even be bothered to change it for me. I was away for 10 days, so definitely wouldn't have been around to receive it!

Cancelled a order of £110 and havent…
Cancelled a order of £110 and havent been refunded after 2 weekes where their policy is 5 days. Cant speak to anyone on the phone only email, and the just keep palming off and resending the same emails. Not happy at all. Scammers
