I bought a Trojan treadmill from games online last week and it was delivered after 2 days, however on the same date of delivery when we try to connect the machine it didn't work at all
I called their customer service the very same day and they promised to send their driver to collect the machine but until now I'm still stuck with the machine uncollected today is Sunday the 8th of June 2026 (day 5) of waiting and no update from their side.
I've already called them 3 times requesting for update but to no avail.
I'm very disappointed with their service. I regret buying from games, I should have bought from Makro maybe they would've attended to my complain.

Extremely disappointed. I bought a tv from Game Umhlanga. The TV was delivered damaged and the issue was reported immediately on the same day. My 84-year-old husband was rushed into signing before being given a fair opportunity to properly inspect and test the television. The TV never worked properly and was never used even once. Despite returning it to the store and cooperating fully with the investigation, Game refused to replace or refund it. Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience, especially for elderly customers.

I went to purchase a charging cable, and the lady who is allocated in the cellphone and laptops department (who wears excessive make-up) displayed arrogance towards me. When I asked about whether or not the cable she was showing me was the right one for my phone, she asked a question that made me look stupid and foolish. After those words coming from her mouth I decided to go and speak to her manager. Never again will I buy from Game and all the stores that are under Game's umbrella. Simply pathetic services.

Would never step into another game store as long as I live.
Bought a washing machine from Game Shelly Beach which when delivered was faulty.
To cut a long story short, 3 weeks of backwards and forwards, no working machine, getting pushed from pillar to post with no positive outcome and promises that were not kept by both Game and the manufacturers.
Every call made I got 'sorry for the inconvenience' quiet honestly I dont think none of them care!
One Game staff member requested I contact the manufacurers which I did, but in hindsight, who goes to Game to buy a washing machine and then gets told to deal with the manufacturer, Game should deal with them. This is what should have happened. This would have been what you call 'CUSTOMER SERVICE'
Very angry that I had to deal with incompetent staff at both Game and the manufacturers.
They say they will return calls and dont bother including the manager at this Game branch.
A horrendous, awful experience.
However credit must be given to Mondli from Game who I dealt with initially, he was amazing, his customer service was top notch and always so professional with a SMILE. Thank you Mondli.

I bought a Heater last week Wednesday, 29 April 2026 and opted to collect as I needed it immediately. They said because it was already after 11:00, it will be ready for collection the next day.
The next day when it was time for me to collect, I get an email saying; "Great news! your order is scheduled to be delivered on Saturday 2 May 2026.
I opted for collection because I didn't want to wait, no one called me to inform me of the changes, they just decided to change my order. Then when Saturday, 2 May came. They still didn't deliver.
This is the worst experience, best believe I will never set foot in the store again. The thing that makes me most upset is how they didn't bother to speak to me before changing my order and lying about sending it to me.

What a nightmare to get Game to respond to my faulty washing machine. Customer care assigns an "agent" to your case and thereafter you wait and wait and wait. Have phoned dozens of times, case is always escalated or waiting for dealer technician or somebody has gone to tea and will call back. Absolutely shocking. Will never ever buy from Game again.

Baught a hisense 14 kg washing mashine at game wonder park on sunday 29 march. Mashine was noisy and drainage did not work. Took it back, paid the difference, and got a defy 14kg on monday. Today i am home. Wanted to wash, just to find a drainage problem and a noisy pump. Pipe is correct hight, checked it multiple hights as specified (650mm-1000mm)
Al filters and pipes clean and the pump is noisy. Did all the trouble shoot according to the user manual.

Game Setsing Mall in Phuthaditjhaba is the worst shop I have ever been to. Customer service is very poor and the staff just can't help. This shop is everytime out of stock on most of the things and they refer Customers to Bethlehem.... If they refer customers elsewhere, why can't they close it down so that we as customers just go straight to Bethlehem since this one doesn't serve a purpose.

My boyfriend purchased a laptop last month, it gave problems like taking long to switch on etc, he then contacted game an told them about the condition and he said he wanted a refund. The courier was supposed to fetch it the courier came about a week and a half later, but he decided the same day to take it to a other branch because they said he can't return it the courier must fetch it. This was from the Tygerberg beach and the other branch said that they were suppose to take it no matter what. He is still waiting on a refund and took it back the Friday. When will he get it because he urgently needs the money and the other branch said they can't get through to Tygerberg very unprofessional. Disappointed in the bad service.
