We ordered a custom X-box controller for our son for his twelfth birthday. We received it after a few weeks, but unfortunately my son noticed something was wrong immediately & the controller not working correctly (or, not necessarily the controller as it was only with connecting to headphones, both wireless and wired, so nothing too major - but we still wanted it fixed since it was brand new). I contacted them within a couple hours of receiving it and they returned an email back to me within an hour or so (on a Friday afternoon, no less). They had a prepaid return label attached, and after a few days to send it back, about a week to fix it, and another few days to send back to us, the issue was fixed! Despite an initial issue, everything was handled very timely and efficiently, and if he wants another custom controller in the future, we'll be return customers.

I created my son's favorite color combination (Iron Man), and it looks just like Tony's suit in the movie! The quality and the packaging are amazing!

My friend got me a custom xbox controller from you guys and I love it! I got one back button and its a game changer. They have the coolest customization options too.

I can’t say enough good things, I love the designs they offer but I also really enjoyed building my own design with the builder they have on their site! Really cool I’ll be back for sure.

I got a PS5 controller as a Christmas gift last year and I love it! They have loads of design options and I was able to get one in an awesome color combination. It’s worked perfectly so far and it seems like it was put together really well

Bought a custom PS5 controllers from Gamenetics with the mouse click triggers, and couldn’t be happier! It’s my first time trying a modded controller, and glad that I gave it a chance. I always used a regular controller, but I don’t think I’ll be going back now!

ZERO STARS: This is a follow up to my March review where I also gave ZERO stars. Since then this horrible company have aimed to resolve my problem with no impact. In fact, I have to always reach out to them and then 2-3 weeks later they respond with NO answer and solution. I strongly advise against using them. Check the many other 1-star reviews (+60%) are 1-star!!! Their support is non existing and quality of products far far far below standards. Again ZERO stars.

I have purchased 3 controllers over the past 6 months and my kids LOVE the customization and presentation of the controllers. They keep them in their cases as well! Their customer service is also 5 star, responsive and I feel taken care of as a customer.

I had ordered a controller from Gamenetics back before Christmas. I received it and I couldn’t get two of the buttons to re map on. They were very helpful in trying to help me work through the issue with the controler. Long story short, I couldn’t fix it myself and in the meantime of it messing up my father in law contracted flu and other underlying issues and almost died and was placed on a ventilator for 2.5 months. So the controller got put on back burner by me. Fast foward to when I decided to contact them back to see if we could resolve the issue. They entirely didn’t have to but had mercy on me and tried to work with me and all the things I had going on in my life. They offered me a replacement which was honestly what I needed to begin with. Fixed me up right and I will always remember that when purchasing a controller or whatever. This meant a lot to me that they offered to help me in a time of need. It definitely says a lot about them as human beings. Great people with whom I will be doing business with anytime that it comes to gaming.

My 15 yr. Grandson used his for 3 months.
Doesn't work now, and he was told that it would cost $30 plus shipping to repair.
That is so wrong for a company to treat a customer like that.
I will let people know on social media what a bogus business this is.

Overall great quality.

When I first received the controller, it sounded like something inside was loose, therefore causing a rattling sound. We have sent emails regarding this matter and they responded in time and with most understanding! I still have yet to receive my new controller but I’m hopeful they will not disappoint! Mistakes happen but it’s how they’re solved that matters :)

The controller works great and I am very satisfied with it. It looks so clean and the mouse click buttons are a must have, absolutely perfect!

PS5 controller with mouse clicks lasted like 2 months, and started shooting by itself. Customer service is horrible, takes forever to reply, and then don't even help. Threw away $200+, smh.
