Patience is key definitely worth the wait!!! Bad experience always review the loudest don’t believe everything you read from angry people!

These controllers are absolutely awesome. Having a fully custom controller has definitely up’d my gaming efficiency. I have ordered multiple custom and modded controllers from all sorts of companies. These orders always take time typically 4-6 weeks on the build so patience is key. The first controller I ordered from Gamenetics took about 8 weeks to get to me but it was worth the wait it’s beautiful and worked perfectly, it has endured 14 months of aggressive call of duty multi-player and zombie play to the tune of 600 hours or more. Recently from excessive trigger pulling on the mouse click trigger due to the frustration of skill based matchmaking I have had to send it back for repairs. Customer service has been responsive and I am very confident the repair with be done in a timely manner. Because I loved my first controller so much I designed a second one and ordered the rush build no harm in having two anyway right!!

Awesome controller

My son ordered a custom controller and we knew it would take some time to complete. It arrived in the expected timeframe and any interactions with Gamenetics have been very quick and helpful!

Incredibly poor quality product

An almost $400 custom controller started malfunctioning after just a few days. Sent it back for repair, and it came back working… for a few days and then malfunctioning again. Sent back and repaired again, then same story, malfunctioning very shortly after.

Huge waste of time and money. Very poor quality product

Not Reputable

I placed on order on December 13, 2024. The company touts a 30 day return period. On December 20, 2024 I reached out to cancel my order. After 3 email follow ups the company finally replied demanding an explanation for wanting to cancel my order. It is now February 7, 2025 and I still don't have a controller (that I don't want) and they still have not refunded me.

Site to avoid

I strongly recommend that you do not order from this site. The wait is over 3 weeks, to this day I still haven't received the controller and the customer service is really bad. My son-in-law absolutely wanted to order from this site because he thought it was cool to have a custom controller. Every day he's a little more disappointed because the purchase still hasn't arrived, no tracking number was given to us so we assume the worst. Customer service doesn't get back to me even though I've asked for a refund. Be careful ordering there

I bought my fully decked out mouse…

I bought my fully decked out mouse click controller about a year and half ago. This is by far the best controller I’ve owned. I have recommended this company to my friends and they have also gotten a controller . Yeah the wait does blow but it’s worth it .
I’m a heavy gamer as well . I sent an email asking them about the Hall effect joysticks . They got back to within the time frame they said they would. For a reasonable charge I'm sending it back to them and they are going to install hall effect analogs so I won’t have to worry about stick drift ever . This blew me away. I would never buy any other controller.

Everything is true

While I have to admit just about everything in the other reviews did happen to me, after multiple emails and weeks of waiting I did receive a functional controller. I don’t know how long it will last based on the other reviews though. Unfortunate. I’m almost sure the customer service are the same people putting together the controllers. They probably game more than they build as well.

I see a bunch of reviews saying it took forever to come and the controller was broken. Yes it took my controller 3 months which isn't that bad compared to the other reviews. My controller came today and I hear people complaining about it being broken but all of my buttons work. Is it luck?

gamenetics is trash paid 200 dollars for a remote that keeps on breaking

so I had ordered an Xbox remote in March 2023 and it had just came in late 2024 it only had mouse triggers and it was pretty basic and when I got it was broken than when I got it back the A button was broken then when I got it back again the left trigger wasn't working now I'm waiting for them to fix it again its poor shipment its poor building too I wouldn't want anyone to buy

Returned to be fixed, now waiting to get back

Recevied my order within the time frame, but left joystick isn't working. Contacted them for a week before getting the label they said they would send me to mail back to be fixed. Has been 14 days and counting, and still have not received and email back or anything with an update on if they received the controller, or when it will be fixed and mailed back to me. I like the concept, but of course would like to use my controller. Hopefully sooner than later. I concur with the previous reviews about customer service. They seem to need 1-2 employees to handle the customer service side, while the others take care of production. You can't get an A or B for the product, but then the service be an D or F.

The most disgraceful customer service I…

The most disgraceful customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a custom controller for my boyfriend on 11/4. Their custom build time is 2-4 weeks. Right before the 4 week mark, I found out that my job needed me to relocate to another state on 12/8. I reached out to customer service on 11/22 letting them know I am moving and asking when the controller will ship and if it will not arrive before 12/8, then is it possible to change the delivery address. They replied without addressing when it will be shipped, they simply said "what is the address you want to update to". I replied saying "please only update to this new address if it is going to be delivered after December 8th, it has been over 4 weeks now so please check when it will be shipped before you change the address" then proceeded to give them my new address. I then receive a reply stating only "I have updated the address for you". This is where I started to get frustrated because they are ignoring half my request and updated my address despite me saying to check the ship date first before doing so. So then I reply "Ok, but no one is really answering my question. Is it going to be delivered after December 8th? It has been over 4 weeks now so it really should be arriving sooner than december 8th. Please just tell me when it will be shipping." This was on 11/26. On 11/29 I received a notification from USPS that it shipped and was set to deliver on 12/2, which is a whole week before I am arriving in the new state. The state is cold and the controller will be sitting out in freezing temperatures and probably snow for a week before I arrive. I email them again on 11/29 and say how disappointed I am and that if my landlord cant hold the package for me that I need a refund. It is now 12/4, the controller has been delivered and I have yet to receive a response. My landlord is out of the country so they cant hold the package. I sent 1 last email today and I am going to report fraud to my CC company and leave a review on the BBB if I do not hear from them within 24 hours. Please save your money and DO NOT order from them, there are way better options out there for this price point that have a competent customer service team.

Never buy from this company full of crooks

Never buy from this company full of crooks and scammers. I have spent the last 8 MONTHS trying to get my controller. On April 16th, I made an order through the company. By June 4th, I had to contact support, because my order didn’t come in. The next day I received a message that my order was on its way to me. Surprise surprise, when I get it, it's not correct. I’m not spending over $200 for an incorrect order that got forgotten about. June 12th, I reach out to support, callout to Josh who spoke to me, and on July 8th, after many emails of back and forth he says and I quote, “we can have this redone” I follow through the process, and after sending my controller back, never hear a word. I reach out, FOR THE THIRD TIME, to Gamenetics support on September 11th. By the time this person was done talking to me promising an update, it was September 29th.

I am so disappointed with the lack of integrity, respect of consumers, and horrible customer support. NEVER buy from these criminals. I don’t have the controller I paid for, or the money I spent on it.

Awesome Controllers

I finally decided to try a PS5 controller with the back button modification. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to use! Definitely recommend to anyone who hasn't tried one before.

The controller takes months

The controller takes months to get here and breaks within months not even a year. Save your money guys and don’t be like me or the other people… it’s actually funny how garbage this place is.

Horrible customer service and product

Tried to contact by email for help and took forever to respond. Trying to find where it was. Then we finally received controller and not even 1mth the double clicker we paid extra for stopped working. We emailed three times asking for help with no reply!!! My son ended up taking it apart and fixed it himself he even sauntered the wires back. I was so proud of him but so DISAPPOINTED in this company will NOT buy from again. Horrible customer service.

I ordered a custom Controller

I ordered the controller and at first everything went fine. They were very accommodating and let us add a total of 4 back buttons. When it first showed up it was working fine for about a day, then the R1 button was sticking and wouldn’t come up so they said that they would fix it. So we sent it in and they didn’t even acknowledge it. It took them over 2 months to fix it with very little communication. Then to top it off they sent it to the opposite side of the country they sent it to California instead of North Carolina. Luckily I had family that lived there and they got it. I would not recommend their services to anyone

I ordered a personalized controller for…

I ordered a personalized controller for my son and they waited until a month later mind you their site says 2 to 3 weeks to tell me that there was a shipping delay. It took me 21 emails to try to get a hold of somebody you can never get a hold of nobody then when I finally got a hold of somebody they didn’t even offer discount offer to make it right. Nothing kept telling me that every piece that I had personalized for my nine-year-old son they were out of stock, they are the worst customer service. They’re very rude lack of communication and unfortunately, I had to deal with my sons broken heart on his birthday when he didn’t get his controller, but that’s OK because I’m taking my business elsewhere. This is the worst company ever I’d save your money.
