Good bargain
In purchased Skyrim Anniversary Edition on this site, and after buying it, the key arrived within a minute! It was cheaper than similar sites, and similarly trustfully.

Responsive and solid support
I had a problem with a CD Key not being accepted and requested assistance. While it took 3 days to get back to me it is the holidays. The problem turned out to be me trying to activate it on the wrong platform/client. Problem solved! They even provided instructions for activating it on the specific client needed.
I always think the best mark of a good company is if they handle problems well (having no problems is easy and unrealistic). Despite this being a mistake on my end, they took the time to research and provide the right answer. Not all companies would take that additional step. Frankly, looking through the reviews they get a lot of questions for issues out of their control, but they don't shy away from responding and are willing to work through them. Keep up the good work!

Got my money back.
I bought a game key there (The Devil in Me). After some hours, I contacted the support because I didn't receive my key. After one day they told me that there was an error, and they don't have any keys in stock, and they'll give me a refund. Now nearly two weeks passed, and I still didn't get my money back. Sadly, they don't answer my e-mails anymore, so I guess my money is gone. Thank you for nothing!
Edit (21.12.2022): Seems like there are trustworthy. Chargeback with with "Sofort" are taking longer. I got my money back.

if you neeed customer support they will give you customer upports
I have paid for it and had some problems but their customer service is pretty quick so it can get resolved really fast.
