e my new sofa, exactly as expected. Firm but very comfortable seats and fluffy and soft fullback cushions. The delivery itself was amazing I received my order 6 days after I orders. The delivery team contacted me 2 days prior the the delivery and on the days 30 mins before they arrived. Very happy and thank you .

The product is aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. However, the four-seater's structural integrity is compromised by the lack of a supporting board between the individual seats. Furthermore, the two small side cushions were missing from the shipment. Despite these shortcomings, the product offers excellent value.

The chairs are perfect but would have preferred all having the.same back rest of both the three and two seater but over all is a good deal; very firm with quality material . Thank you.so much for being
honest and delivering on time.

No contact or updates, numerous emails and phone calls, no one answers, asked for refund of deposit as 3 weeks had gone by with nothing, they then told me the delivery company had tried to deliver, this is a complete lie, still waiting for my refund, DO NOT USE

I would avoid this company like the plaque . I purchased a sofa from this company on the 2nd of november recieved and text on the 4th to say they would deliver the sofa in 1-2 weeks time once they have recieved £29 delievery charge, although they wanted £50 as apparently i was further away than they thought which i wasnt. By this point, i didn't hear anything from anyone in 10 days until I went onto my Ebay to cancel my order to then receive a message from the seller asking why I cancelled my order. The reason is that there was no communication, no reassurance, no updates, no nothing! So I said I would give them until the end of that day for someone to contact me about my sofa, or I'll contact Ebay , i then revieved a message confirming a date to deliever the sofa, then recieveing a call with a time slot 10am-3pm (finally some sort of communication), I did tell the man on the phone and also text for them to update me how far away they are as ill be doing school run, they just turned up! No updates!
So they delivered the sofa on Tuesday 19th novemeber but delivered 2 right sofas! So it wasn't usable and couldn't put together to be used as a sofa as needed 1 right 1 left! Contacted someone who told me to contact the seller, which was impossible to get any communication from them from Ebay, so went on there website which I found 2 different numbers to not being able to get hold of anyone! when I eventually did, they basically said I have to contact them through Ebay. At this point, it's going round in circles and getting very annoying. They basically said I had to wait 2-3 weeks for my right half of the sofa (Joke). At this point you can imagine how annoyed I was, I was then their case to sort there mess out, for them to finally sort out my other half of the sofa to be delivered on the 24th of november (finally)! Once delivered, I was left with a wrong cushion, which was a big part of the sofa to be complete. My partner then had to contact the delivery driver and try and explain the issue, with getting our right cushion back. Finally, after all the messing around going round in circles, we have a complete sofa. I will never order a sofa off Ebay or these sorts or companies again. People go with what you know and avoid these companies , it coursed me so much stress.

I found exactly what I was looking for at a fraction of the cost I'd pay elsewhere. The shipping was slower than expected, but the quality of the items made up for it

Sofas are lovely great value for money few issues with delivery but seller was fantastic sorted it out. Great communication would highly recommend this company

Sofa is brilliant I ordered extra section for middle as I have a big family communication was fantastic arranged this for me to pay for extra price seperarely I'm over the moon with it grey/silver in colour is stunning and cushions are removeable ideal for cleaning and so heavy brilliant quality for the price compared to some others
