Like others i was sceptical
Like others i was sceptical , we have a relatively small grass area (170sq meters) and have very large and heavy lawn equipment. This lawno does what it says..edging and trimming second to none.mowing for very small areas great.

Lawno made us independent again
My Husband can now cope with the tall weeds that used to get the whipper snipper all tangled up in. At 82 and a hilly acre it’s so much lighter for him to carry aound. The lawns get done more often now couldn’t have asked for anything better than the Lawno thanks Guys much appreciated.

The Lawno is a good little machine and it works well! Its great as I don't have to lift it, just cut the grass with the wheels running along the ground. No stress on the shoulders & arms. A light machine. I do reccommend the Lawno as it makes life easier for you!

LAWNO IS BRILLIANT!
I have used the LAWNO today for the first time and I must say it is brilliant for a lady to use. I haven’t used it as an edger yet but can’t wait to try it out. The long grass didn’t stand a chance. Brilliant customer service and great instructions too, thanks so much for a great Aussie invention!

This little machine is perfect as long as the weeds aren't 1+ foot high like mine are. I am hand pulling the couch grass, after that it will be easy using the Lawno.
The only thing I would like is a cross the shoulder strap, I have a bad right side shoulder and a strap might take a bit of the battery weight off.
I will be using my Lawno every week during the growing weather.

We had some difficulties to start with getting the spindle to engage but with customer support they stepped us through the process with emails even when I mentioned that I wasn’t impressed once we thought we had it done correctly. They stuck with us and we got the Lawno up and running in all modes successfully. They even sent an email to make sure we still going ok.,
You just don’t get that service anymore and the product worked as well!!!

For the cutting height, The Lawno works best as a touch-up tool between full mows rather than cutting right down in one pass, and going over the same area a couple of times can give you a shorter finish. My son hates doing the lawn
My son hates doing the lawn - but he loves the lawno! Easy to use, comfortable ( at 180cms not all snipper type products are ), light, & does a wonderful job.
His only real complaint was battery life, but since it gives him a break, it's not really much of a complaint - & once he gets the lawn back under control, the battery life will probably be more than sufficient.

A son who hates doing the lawn but loves The Lawno. Penny, that might be the greatest endorsement we have ever received! Comfortable for someone at 180cm, easy to use and doing a wonderful job. On the battery life, just a handy tip to make sure it is fully charged before heading out. You will know it is ready when all three bars on the battery indicator are lit up.

The tool I have been waiting for.
This is the tool I have been waiting for. I have a problem with my spine (old age) and cannot drag my mower or whipper snipper around. The Lawno is perfect for me as I can complete small sections at a time without back pain. It does a great job.

Lawno is great but worry about ongoing cost of blades
I love the idea of supporting a small Aussie business. This is what persuaded me to buy the lawno. I used it to mow a small area of grass and I love the fact that it is lightweight and easy to use. I may need to practice a bit as I hacked the lawn a bit. I would probably still mow our grass with our electric mower. I changed over the pieces to do the edges and I was really impressed at how quick and easy it was to do professional looking edges. However, after doing these 2 things, the blade attachment had worn right down which made me realise that this could become quite expensive to replace the $15 blades after each use. I love the lawno but I fear it is like buying a printer which is relatively cheap, but the replacement ink costs a fortune. I will probably only use it to do the lawn edges occasionally. This would be my only 'sore' point with this product.

The great news is that blade wear is almost always down to technique rather than the blades themselves, and a small adjustment can make each set last significantly longer. Most customers find that once they nail the angle and approach, one set of blades goes much further than expected.

Lawno does everything promised. In fact I bought a second battery so I could always have one on charge. There’s no need to stop & recuperate as the lawno is very lightweight, so I can keep going for longer, much longer than the 45ish minutes the battery lasts!

good product but only for a small lawn
good product but only for a small lawn, i have 20 sq metres and it is better then spending 1K on a mower and edger, easy to instal , instructions are good , i think a 5 amp battery would be better as one battery last about 15 minutes or a little more , but you can buy 2 batteries, needs to be able to get battery out of charger easier for older people but i assume it will release better with time ,
