The battery is very difficult to remove…
The battery is very difficult to remove from the charger and the mower.
The mower itself is hard to manage ie to give a uniform height for the mown grass.

I’d actually rate this about 4.5 stars. It’s very light and easy to manoeuvre, which I love. I mostly use it as a whipper snipper because my lawn is huge and definitely still needs the lawn mower!
I’m a little disappointed that the fixed blade and circular blade aren’t available, because they’re what I really need for the thicker, bushier areas of my garden. The long grass tends to wind itself around the flexible blade, so I have to keep stopping and untangling it.
My only other suggestion would be a metal spanner rather than the plastic one supplied, which feels a little flimsy.
Overall, though, it’s a handy, lightweight little machine and I’m very happy with it.

On the blade availability, the great news is that the rectangular metal blade is now available for the new January version of The Lawno and is perfect for exactly those thicker and bushier areas you mentioned.
For the long grass winding around the flexible blade in the meantime, trimming the tallest sections first before going over again at a lower height can help reduce the tangling significantly. The Lawno has lived up to all its great reviews. Easy to assemble, with lots of video and illustrated tutorials to help you get the best from it. We’re in the demographic, and were finding our Stihl a bit much too handle at this stage of our lives. The Lawno does the job well, and the communication and delivery process was fabulous.
Our only small criticism is that both being tall, would be great to be able to extend the handle a bit more.
Well done, and wishing this Aussie business the success it deserves.

Well made fitted together very good…
Well made fitted together very good ,fast spin ,but my lawn has got buffalo grass in it its very good but if you have thick buffalo it tries its best plenty of power but because the tough grass it was taking a long time to cut through and tends to throw the cords out once 1 goes its left to the rest and its looses them i had the cord type on my failed petrol b/c it needs a better cord ive tried the same cord and wire even but like the STHIL type is a lot smaller but cuts through every thing and doesn't break off very much just wears down in time ,,, try a different cord ,,, for soft grass as in demo and great for a unit it does what it is ment to ,,buffalo is a bloody hard grass

It's not difficult to put together
It's not difficult to put together - there are very clear instructions. Works well on harder grass but not so well on soft grass that only grows in the shade & in tufts, as at my place. This I had to cut by hand. Luckily there's not much of it.
Love the wheels, it makes all the difference.

For the soft shaded tufty grass, it is worth checking that the blade is tightened firmly first, as a loose blade can reduce cutting power on lighter and more delicate grass types. I bought the garden tool from Gardener's Crate
I bought the 3-in-1 garden tool from Gardener's Crate to avoid having to take my lawnmower to the back garden, which meant lifting it down some steps - quite heavy!
After putting the 3-in-1 garden tool together it wasn't cutting but tended to bend the grass. I was disappointed but reached out via messenger. After advice, which I followed, from the Gardener's Crate, I managed to get the tool working properly.
Since then I have been so pleased with its performance. Now the grass doesn't get overgrown and today I was able to use a break in the rain to cut the front and back lawns. My son even comnented on how nice the lawn was looking.
This has been a great purchase and worth every cent. I will now sell the lawn mower and whipper snipper!!
Delivery was very quick and response time in helping me trouble shoot was almost immediate.
I am a very happy, 73 year old customer and would definitely recommend this product. 😊

I don't remember where I saw the ad for the Lawnmo, but I was interested in anyway to make caring for the lawn easier! I ended up purchasing one, when it arrived I noticed how well it was made and couldn't wait to try it out. My husband saw it put it together and then used it himself! We love it,It's light easy to use and makes tending to the grass easier.

The customer service is exceptional, from the placement of the order, up to date communication about delivery from door to door, the emails about how to use the product.
The rain disrupted our usage of The Lawno.
So still working it out.

I enjoyed using all the actions. It was light, effective machine that was easy to change the pieces. I found the trigger to hold on for the action, tough to hold on, I had to swap my hands, afterwards for 2days my forearms were sore and the base of my right thumb is still recovering. The assembly instructions were difficult, being black photos, though you’ve tried to make it clear. I’ll see how my hands feel after a second mow, I’m hoping it’ll be easier but that button was tough to hold in place. I would still recommend it but with that caveat. Delivery was delayed, it would have been better to have been advised rather than me having to chase it up.

The trigger does become easier with use, as you find the grip that works best for you, and taking short breaks between sessions can make a real difference while your hands are still getting used to it. It does what it says
It does what it says. Powerful for hard, thick clunks of grass. I didn't give it a 5 because it is designed for a right hander. I'm a left hander so makes it difficult to get it started and hold the button down all at the same time. My ozito whipper snipper has the long part to hold down in the middle of the handle so it makes no difference which hand you use. I also find it does take a little effort to push the little round button.
Otherwise the machine itself works great. Unfortunately for me it won't replace my ozito completely.

This product is tough and honest!!!!! It does what is advertised !!
I was so very impressed with the whole experience from the time l ordered . A helpful video sent prior to delivery giving great insight.When it arrived set up was uncomplicated with easy to follow instructions for this almost 77 year old. It has been a few weeks now of using this amazing Lawno , so light easy and tough!! The advertising on this product has been spot on. Great whipper snipper.
It's a terrific whipper snipper which i love. It's very powerful and lightweight. The mowing side not so great for my larger lawn and I haven't tried the edger yet.

After owning an electric lawn mower, the Lawno is a welcomed relief to use. It's light and relatively easy to use. It does take me a little longer to mow my lawn because the head on the Lawno is smaller than a standard lawnmower. But over all, I'm happy with it so far. I highly recommend you purchase the second battery so you don't get caught out with a flat battery half way through the job.
The correspondence with the company is also great.
