I was told about 'The Time Club' my my friend who put me in touch and after messaging 'The Time Club' ordered two straps, both of which are very comfortable, secure and look very professional.
The fit is tight when fitting it to the garmin but it feels very secure and reassures me that it will not come off. The staps feel very durable and I will definitely purchase more in the future. I would reccomend to friends and family.

Poor quality strap that feels plasticky for the price and does not attach easily to Garmin watch. Disappointing service as I had to pay for return despite not receiving the premium product I had expected for the cost.

This strap is designed specifically for sport and performance, prioritising durability, security, and comfort during activity. This does mean they can feel different to more fashion-led or traditional straps, particularly in terms of material and fit. This design is intentional and is why this strap remains one of our most popular and highly rated watch straps for Garmin on the market.
The attachment system is built to be secure and reliable during training, and while it may feel firm initially, this ensures it stays locked in place during use.
As a growing small business, we currently don’t have the facility to provide prepaid return labels. However, we have begun offering shipping credit on returns as a step towards improving this, and we continue to review how we can enhance our service as we grow.

Outstanding customer service. I ordered a strap for my Garmin which came quickly but unfortunately had the wrong size spring bar on one side. Jake sorted the problem with a replacement immediately and was extremely helpful. The replacement strap fits, is a quality item and looks great. Will 100% be ordering from TTC again!!

Hi, Thank you for the kind review. It's easy to order the wrong option because of the numerous garmin watch strap sizes, but it's all been sorted and glad we could accomodate.
Incredible customer service experience.
I ordered a watch band for my Garmin from TimeClub and unfortunately there was an issue with the band that caused it to pop off my wrist at certain angles during workouts. Once I explained the situation to TimeClub, they were extremely helpful and gave me a full refund. They explained that this was unique to them and a rare case for their products. And even though the product I ordered had an issue, I'm grateful for their excellent customer service and would definitely consider ordering from them again based on my experience.

Amazing Service
I had an initial web chat with the company owner who recommended some straps for me and once I had chosen gave me the exact size and type I needed for my garmin watch. The quality service didn't stop there as I was also given a discount on my order at checkout. Would buy again and also recommend to family and friends

Excellent products, great quality, and very comfortable too. Delivery was really quick and everything was as I hoped.
I made a mistake on one of my orders and their customer service (I spoke to Jake) were amazing and sorted everything for me really quickly. Will definitely be back.

Excellent customer service
The Time Club and Jake have been absolutely amazing. I ordered a strap at a good competitive price but sadly it got lost in the Royal Mail somewhere.
