Thank you for your feedback JP, it is very important to us. We can see from our records that you placed your order on Friday 11th December after our 12 noon cut off time for same day dispatch. As we are closed over the weekend your order was dispatched out on time on Monday 14th December and delivered the following day, Tuesday 15th December which was within the next working day delivery period. We can also see that you sent an email through to our Customer Service Team on the Friday afternoon to change your delivery address. Our advisor confirmed that the address was changed and also informed you that your order would be dispatched on the Monday. Due to your order being delivered on time we are unable to process a refund.

My order was received badly damaged but customer services dealt with the problem efficiently and professionally with just the perfect amount of friendliness! My refund was prompt and I intend to buy from them again once the product is back in stock.

Excellent service before purchase
Excellent service before purchase. Rang for advice on adding a second cylinder. Sent photos, Adam quickly replied with the right hose details, I ordered that evening and shipment dispatched next day. Arrived 2 days later, straightforward fitting so no need to call for help but confident they would have helped.

Great service
The gas heater was really easy to order and arrived 2 days later as arranged. Arrived very well wrapped. Not tried it yet but very good service.

Very good product range and good quality
Very good product range and easy to navigate website. One build would be variable postage rates based on product size. It is expensive to order smaller products that could have been dispatched via royal mail for less cost.

Unfortunately we are contracted to specific courier companies for all our shipping and we receive their keenest price, however this includes tracking and insurance as standard which is included int he cost.
