I needed regulator and hose to connect a Cadac BBQ to Patio gas bottle. I was given sound advice on what I needed, plus a bonus suggestion on fitting a Quick release adaptor for hose to Cadac connection.

Late delivery
Paid for the two day delivery but wasn’t delivered until 4 days. Product was as described, packaged well and reasonably priced in comparison to other sites.

Thank you for your feedback; it is very important to us. We can see that you placed your order on our website on Wednesday, 12th August at 13.29, which is after our 12 noon cut-off time for same-day dispatch. Your order left us on time the following working day, which was Thursday, 13th August. As you selected our 2 working day delivery, your order was not scheduled to arrive until Monday, 17th August; however, I can see that your order arrived early on Saturday, 15th August. We do have a handy table on our website that shows when customers can expect their delivery, depending on the day, time, and service they have chosen.

Would recommend buying from this company every time. Mark was absolutely brilliant. Very courteous and friendly. Although wrong pigtail sent initially, Mark ensured everything was corrected in a couple of days and he even included a free returns label for the return of the wrong pigtail. I could not be happier.

British made good quality replacement hose
Firstly it was great to be able to buy a British made product. I bought a replacement gas hose to connect a propane bottle to my caravan. Delivery was very quick and the hose fitted perfectly. It was a galvanised sheathed hose giving extra life before it needs replacing. It looks well made and I'm happy to recommend this product.

Ordered gas ring arrived damaged
Ordered gas ring arrived damaged. Replacement sent out when damaged item was collected. Replacement gas ring also arrived damaged and was unusable as per photos sent. I explained that I needed the gas ring for a planed trip and as a gesture of goodwill asked if they could send the replacement immediately. However they did not send third replacement and will only do so when the damaged and useless item is collected!!! My planed camping trip went ahead with NO GAS RING

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. We are very sorry to hear you received two damaged units. Unfortunately, a damaged product must be collected before a replacement is sent. We can see the second collection has been successful, and a replacement unit has been sent. We are very sorry for the time and inconvenience it caused.
