GB DIY Store is a family run, UK based company, which offers an extensive range of uPVC hardware which includes window handles and door handles, repair parts, tools and fitting supplies. The team here has over 25 years experience in this industry, we have literally done it all. We started out manufacturing and installing windows and doors and slowly progressed in to repairs. Now, we offer a very extensive range of repair parts for windows and doors. With our knowledge and wide range of repair parts, we can solve any problems you may have with your uPVC windows and doors. Whether its a repair, upgrade or just some good old fashioned advice, we've got it. Our team is always happy to help, so please do not hesitate to contact us.

Had the awful experience of the sliding…

Had the awful experience of the sliding lock gearbox go on my front door and in today’s world can’t have a swing front door ! Tried all the usual high St suppliers and no luck,on the internet for ages found plenty much more expensive which wasn’t my worry just needed urgently ….suddenly GB DIY pops up ! Cheaper than anybody delivery next day by 10am …and it came ! Top Company GB DIY Store 👍

Ordered wrong item online

Ordered wrong item online, my fault. Took door gearbox back as only half hour drive and the man was extremely polite and helpful. We did take the original for comparison and he quickly identified the correct one we needed. Immediate refund and new item purchased. Really good customer service and would definitely recommend

Good company and good products

Second time I used GB DIY store. The handles are really good quality. Postage is fast. I was short delivered by 1 handle but a quick email resolved the issue and they sent me an extra handle. They all fitted really well and have upgraded the look of all My doors and windows. Website easy to navigate too, and check you have all the right fixings
