From getting them in to complete a survey for a replacement boiler to reviewing and discussing quotes and requirements and then fitting the boiler and making it feel just right for my home, it felt like a personalised service, just for me and my needs. Could not fault Surrey Gas from start to finish. Lauren is super responsive and amazing by the way !!

An excellent job of replacing my daughter's boiler. From Lauren in the office to Paul, the fitter their help ensured the job went smoothly. A further issue with the heating was dealt with as a matter of urgency. Will definitely use Surrey Gas for all future heating needs.

One of 5 companies I called when my combi boiler gave up the ghost.
Chose them on a combination of their communications and price, and it was seamless. Lauren was great, kept in touch at regular intervals without bombarding me, both before and after I'd decided to use them.
Installation day was exactly as advised - boiler arrived on time followed shortly after by Geoff. Quick install, put down carpet protection, and spent time cleaning up properly afterwards.
All in all about as stress free as you can get - I'd thoroughly recommend them.

Quick and easy quote, using just a few photographs of my old boiler and surrounding area. The engineers visit was arranged very quickly, about a week later. All the work was done quickly and cleanly and neatly in one day. Interest free installments offered as well which was helpful. Overall a good experience

Installation started on time and was completed on the same day. The installer was friendly and answered any concerns or information required of him. The work area was left tidy and my elderly parents can look forward to the cooler weather knowing that their heating and hot water has been secured.

Surrey Gas fitted a new pipe from the gas meter to the kitchen. The engineer arrived on time with updates on his journey here. The work was completed in just a few hours, neatly placed on brackets round the outside walls. There was no mess and it was pleasure dealing with the team. Many thanks

I was looking for a new boiler and was pleased with the engagement I had with Surrey Gas to find a solution and with the way Lauren handled my enquiry in particular. The installation by George went very smoothly and the execution was complete in just a few hours.

Staff polite, helpful and efficient. Queries dealt with promptly. Installation of new boiler and pipework done to high standard and site left clean and tidy. In addition they were able to resolve a separate problem with the circulation which two engineers from other companies had previously failed to diagnose correctly or treat. The cost was also reasonable compared to other quotes. Would highly recommend.

Surrey Gas provided us with a detailed competitive proposal. They responded promptly to all our questions. Within just an 8 hour window, the engineer professionally deinstalled the old boiler and installed our new Worcester 8000+ Boiler, associated Filter and internet connected Thermostat without any negative impact to our home.

He then commissioned the installation explaining the system and daily operation to my wife and to me. Before departing, the site was cleared of all packaging and other debris leaving it in a clean state.

For their friendly and professional service, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Surrey Gas to anyone requiring a boiler installation.

Surrey gas fitted a new boiler for me last week.
They are a very efficient Company, they helped me choose the right boiler for my house, Geoff fitted it, there was no mess whatsoever, he kept everything clean and tidy. Checked everything was working before he left.
I would not hesitate to recommend this Company, All staff are very helpful and polite.
