The team here has over 25 years experience in this industry, we have literally done it all. We started out manufacturing and installing windows and doors and slowly progressed in to repairs. Now, we offer a very extensive range of repair parts for windows and doors. With our knowledge and wide range of repair parts, we can solve any problems you may have with your uPVC windows and doors. Whether its a repair, upgrade or just some good old fashioned advice, we've got it. Our team is always happy to help, so please do not hesitate to contact us.

Replacement of faulty goods

I ordered an ERA lock which was faulty on delivery. GB DIY replaced the lock by post within 24 hours at no cost. The person dealing with this was courteous and helpful. Excellent service.

I searched on Ebay and couldn't find…

I searched on Ebay and couldn't find what I wanted. I then searched the web and found GB DIY Store and in minutes found the exact door handle. Delivery was very fast and communication from them was excellent. I will definitely shop there again.2

Great, speedy service :)

Very happy customer - I needed to buy something urgently and was concerned that my next day delivery might not make it on a Saturday but it arrived and was a better price than the other companies I checked who couldn't do next day delivery. Thank you!

Really happy with the service and…

Really happy with the service and product I received. When the lock on the back door stopped working I wasn’t sure if anywhere would be able to sell a replacement but after a quick search I found this site and measured all the parts as per the diagram and ordered the replacement. Lock now fixed and saved having to call a locksmith in

First time ordering from this company…

First time ordering from this company but their customer service is first class. We ordered a lock assembly from them which arrived promptly but unfortunately was faulty. We contacted them to let them know and a replacement was sent out the very next day to arrive two days later. Would have no problem in recommending them to anyone. Keep up the good work.
