I am happy with Hard Assets Alliance it is relatively easy to invest in coins and have them stored. I recently sold some coins and it seemed to take a relatively long time to get a check but otherwise great

A good phone rep at HAA

Your client representative helped me to purchase a series of gold items during trading hours with funds that I had transferred in and she was quite patient, knowledgeable.

User friendly

User friendly, easy to understand app experience. Great selection of purchase and storage options.
Prices are not super competitive on purchases.

Placed an order, price dropped before fill. Overcharged?

Placed an order, took my money, took 3 days to fill, in the meantime price dropped 30%. I get it. But it still sucks that I didn't get the price at time of fill.
