Continued replacement incompetence.

I ordered two hanging "egg" chairs that each come in four parts: top, bottom, left, and right pieces. I received two top and two bottom pieces as expected, but then FOUR lefts instead of two lefts and two rights.

I contacted customer service to let them know I needed two pieces: Two RIGHTS.

When the replacement parts arrived a couple weeks later, it was a right and two more lefts! It wasn't even the right NUMBER of parts.

I again contacted them to get my remaining right side, but they say they are completely out of stock and would get more by the end of the month. Here I am half way through the following month with no further update about the missing piece. That and they won't even accept return shipment of the four extra left pieces, so they are just junk I have to deal with.

Be careful about ordering from these guys.

EDIT: Will update with further progress.

UPDATE August 5th: The response here said I would be updated around August 2nd. That has not happened yet.

UPDATE August 22nd, 2021: I've attempted to email the contact who said they would get back to me when the item was in stock. I asked for an update. Twice. No response.

I am missing most of my order and getting no response from the company

I ordered two club chairs with teal cushions. I received just the teal cushion covers. I have tried to contact the company directly and have received no response. These chairs cost over $600 and I would really like the chairs that go with my cushion covers. Cushions would be nice too.

Sent 2 different colors and will not Acknowledge their mistake

My daughter ordered a brand new over $2000 outdoor furniture set. THEY SENT THEM 2 DIFFERENT COLORS. They will not return calls or respond to email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Very sad and terrible service.

Nice patio set meh customer support

We ordered an Agnes outdoor patio conversation set in early April & it arrived in the prescribed 21 days. Unfortunately, the set hardware was incomplete - I notified customer support and they sent out a replacement hardware package after my second email. The replacement parts arrived in roughly a week but they were the WRONG parts. Radio silence after a third email requesting the correct replacement hardware so my husband went to the local hardware store to buy washers and nylon feet but because the hardware is not SAE we had to drill larger holes in the #10 SAE washers to get them to work. The nylon feet the local store had in stock were a different thread so we had to order m16 replacement feet from Amazon - fingers-crossed that they will fit and I can finally finish putting together our furniture & enjoy it.

Very pleased with product and service

I was looking for those trendy french bistro chairs as a gift to my parents and GDF Studio was one of the last places that still had them in stock. The price was reasonable, products came in good condition, and are good quality. One chair had a slight defect which I emailed their customer service team about. They offered me a replacement if I was willing to wait until the item was back in stock, or 15% off the item. I decided on the 15%. It was very easy, and overall I am very satisfied with their products and service. Would recommend and purchase from again.

Pretty good experience

I ordered the Coral Bay 7 pc outdoor chat set, I am very impressed with the quality and the set was easy to assemble. I was bothered with the 21-day shipping as that is an eternity nowadays with so many doing overnight. I do understand after talking to them that this is a Fed X thing and would make it ship sooner if they could but at this time it's up to 21 days. So I did get all my items within 21 days and no longer do I think they are a fly by night operation, be patient as you will get your stuff.

Buyer Beware... poor product quality

Just spent the entire weekend replacing 86 rusted and broken metal screws in the Adirondack chairs I purchased from this company. Because we paid a fair amount for these chairs, we thought we were getting a quality product, we did not! Last Spring, I wrote customer service and asked them to please provide me with replacement galvanized wood screws needed to replace the original metal screws which came with the chairs. They declined my request because I had not contacted them while the chairs were still under warranty. Since I had these chairs for two years, stored inside during the off-season, I thought it was reasonable to request the proper type of screws for these outdoor chairs. Because they denied the request, I have now taken pictures of the poor condition of the chairs and photos of all the rusted screws which I removed from the chairs. I am happy to share with anyone who wants to see what this high end furniture looked like after just two summer seasons. Very disappointed in the product and more disappointed in the customer service response.

Items are poor quality.

Ordered wall mounted planters directly from their website and they arrived on time and well packaged. However, the items inside were very poor quality- chipped and dirty paint and dented metal.
The company offered to refund 5% to keep the “as is” products or accept a free return. While this is nice, it doesn’t account for the sale of sub-par quality products and the hassle I have to go through to return the items now.
Disappointing experience all around.

I purchased a product from this company…

I purchased a product from this company back on April 19th, 2020, not even a whole year old at this point and it cost $1,115. I bought it through Home Depot online. It was a 4 piece outdoor patio set. To date 3 of the pieces have broken. About 8 months ago the first piece broke so they sent me a new one(fine whatever that's great) and since I took the pieces out of my shed from the winter(Yes they were stored in a safe location since I live in the Northeast) about 2 weeks ago 2 more pieces have broken. Home Depot(who is also to blame for this) directed me to them since they wouldn't refund me because its out of return date. So I asked the company GDF Studio for a full refund or a new, sturdier patio set since this one was clearly a piece of crap and they told me I had to contact Home Depot. They have no problem sending me new pieces but I spent $1,100 for a premium furniture set not for something I need to keep replacing parts of. I am not usually a person who posts on these websites but this needed to be known. No wonder they are rated a C- by the BBB.

Great product & excellent customer service

I just received the 7-piece Ariel patio set from GDF Studio and am very impressed with quality of the product and ease of assemble.
After placing the order, and reading some negative comments, I sent email to customer service requesting acknowledgement of my order. Within one-hour, I received a detailed response including all tracking information. The table and chairs arrived on time via FedEx and I'm very happy with the product and the service from GDF Studio. Thank you !

The beige option is lighter and is differentiated from the textured beige which has a similar name in the system by being labeled as ivory. Awesome!!

I ordered two lounge chair cushions and after I placed my order I realized they were going to be sent to the wrong address!! I emailed customer service twice actually because I have never used this company before and I was worried that I would not get a response in time and they would be sent off to the wrong place.. I then called and spoke to the most lovely woman who handled my situation perfectly and got it resolved quickly.
The cushions arrived in 2 days they are beautiful the quality is amazing and they are perfect I will always use this company when ordering any type of furniture or something that we need for the house they are awesome.

I was in search for a specific bench…

I was in search for a specific bench for my bedroom and stumbled upon GDF Studio as the best price. After looking at the reviews, I was a little skeptical. However, I reached out to GDF Studio via FB Messenger to make sure they had the product in stock. I received an answer very quickly and proceeded to order the item. It was shipped the very next day and I received it 2 days later (4 days earlier than FedEx showed for tracking). I was very impressed with the overall process for this online order. Shipping, prices and communication was excellent. Coming from logistics myself (UPS) I had a higher standard for what was expected.

I was very skeptical of purchasing due to some of the reviews claiming website was a scam! I got my product right away! I ordered it 5 days ago and it was already delivered to my home! Delivery was even set before scheduled date! Awesome product Everything looks exactly like the pictures! Beautiful product.

I don't generally write reviews, but some of the reviews I read about products not being delivered had me hesitant to order. I took a chance. I received my product promptly and it is beautiful. I didn't give it five stars because I have not used it yet. I will have to come back and update after use.

After researching multiple sites for…

After researching multiple sites for fireplace screens I finally found the perfect screen at GDF Studios! The gold finish is classy and not too shiny or cheap looking and matches perfectly with the gold end tables I have. The website is very user friendly and the description was exact to the product. I'm very pleased with this purchase and will be buying other decor as well as recommending this company to my friends. My order came well before the expected delivery date in excellent condition!

Great experience

I purchased two upholstered chairs directly from the GDF studio website knowing nothing about the company. I liked the chairs, the size and price was right so I bought them. After ordering I started to worry about who I sent my money to and went looking for reviews and found myself on this site. I was so worried after seeing that other people waited for their orders but I figured it was too late to cancel, I’d have to wait it out, and I promised myself NEVER to order from anywhere again without doing my research. I ordered the chairs on 1/2/21. A label was created 1/3. FedEx picked them up in CA on 1/4 and delivered them to my front door in NJ on 1/8. Wow! I am both pleasantly surprised and relieved. In regards to the reviews about shipping and in defense of GDF, I had a number of fedex packages seemingly “disappear” from October to December only to reappear and ultimately show up at my door. The “SHOP” app they advertise never once showed any progress in the tracking so I don’t recommend that at all. I have a fedex account and received regular text messages about my order.
The quality of the chairs exceeds my expectations for the price I paid. They are exactly as described. Overall I am very happy with GDF and I will shop there again.
