Never arrived
I placed two orders with Gee Hair. One arrived, a mega babe in the color "cherry." The hair itself is okay, but it gets tangled. The other order, however, never arrived. I contacted UPS, who told me it would arrive but there was a bit of a hold up. However It didn't arrive, so I called again and found out the address was incorrect. I reported my adress twice. In the meantime, I contacted Gee Hair to explain the problem. Initially, the communication was good, until they decided to cancel the package. They did this in consultation with UPS, because UPS had apparently indicated they had sent me emails, (never happened) but I hadn't responded. Mind you, I had already discussed the problem with Gee Hair, and they still decided to cancel it.
I contacted them again about this, and they blamed me for the fact my package --that they send!-- did not arrive. I had to pay for all additional delivery costs.
When I ask them why , they are telling me some information from my adress was missing, Which is weird, since you can't place an order with a housenumber missing and i saw my full adress in the ups app. + I called UPS twice giving reconfirming. When i tell them this, they are starting a whole discussion with me instead of looking for a solution. Which I know see happening under other reviews too.
Response: no company ever gave me the responsibility to make sure their product arrived. UPS contacted Gee after I contacted gee. They cancelled my order without informing me or giving UPS the address that I gave multiple times. They wanted to send it to me again but then I had to pay double delivery cost and customs fees. Now I had to pay 55 euros for nothing, if I wanted my hair I would have to pay 110 euros. Which is absolutely insane. Nothing on your website states that you’re not responsible for your package not arriving + no other company that I ever dealt with has that policy. I know my address was correct and even if it wasn’t: why are you sending a package with no address ? Where is it suppose to go to? You have to contact the customer about this instead of making it their problem and making them pay for absolutely nothing.
You don’t regret anything about my experience cause if you did you would come with a solution.

Regarding the second order, we understand how frustrating delivery issues can be. UPS advised us the address you provided at checkout was incomplete, which unfortunately led to the parcel being returned. While we attempted to amend the address based on the updated details you provided, by that point UPS had already begun the return process.
As outlined on our website, we’re unable to take responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. This is a standard policy across many retailers, and it ensures fair handling of orders while recognising the limitations placed on us once an item is in transit.

I purchased the Soul M8 14 inch Pearl root clip ins, my very first experience of clip extensions, well wow they are amazing. The quality and colour absolutely stunning, they give me so much confidence filling out my thinning hair. I’m so glad I found Gee and a bigger plus is they were so quick with delivery, I don’t think I will ever go back now to my full locks.

I purchased the mega babe clips in 14inch for more volume. The quality is amazing. They look so natural when clipped in and the colour match is brilliant. I have had so many compliments when wearing them. I have bought various clip extensions from other brands over the years and these are by far the best I have ever purchased.

Gee hair pay for positive reviews
Gee hair offered me money to leave a review, when I left them less than desired they told me they only pay people for 4/5* reviews. I was given incorrect colour advice, misleading sample hair, once I opened the box and realised there was an error told I could not refund or swap. Please be careful if buying from Gee they are paying for 4/5* reviews. I have NOT received an incentive to give this review, but I’m happy to share the email proof of Gee trying to do this.

I emailed about a stock enquiry and some confusion I had with the processing and delivery process and my query’s were answered more or less straight away. I was a little bit apprehensive about ordering when the sample of the colour i wanted wasn’t available after reading some reviews referencing agro people have had with returns but I did as I was only ordering the face framers as the full head wasn’t available and they’re not that expensive plus I got 20% off. They arrived well before they were expected to (ordered on the 2nd received on the 4th) and they’re lovely! Quality’s so good, shades perfect and they’re thick enough for the front of my hair, made it look a lot fuller plus they sit really flat against my head, wore them all day with no slipping out or movement. I will deffo be ordering a full set in that shade for a longer style when it’s restocked! Case they come in and hair net and spare clips are a bonus as well 👍🏼 Well impressed!

I cannot say enough good things about the clip-in hair extensions I bought from Gee. From the moment I opened the package, I was genuinely impressed. The hair feels so soft, silky, and real — it’s honestly hard to believe they’re not my natural hair. The color match was perfect, and the clips are super secure without feeling heavy or pulling on my scalp.

Not a great colour match service
I usually use gee hair extensions due to the seamless finish and their clip ins being the most comfortable, I use truffle balayage but due to it being out of stock used the colour recommendation with gee & was told that autumn balayage would be best suited, I'm not happy with the colour at all, and the example doesn't give a very good indication as it's such a small snippet. So a whole set waisted aswell as the money that I've spent. 😩

The multiwayweft was thick and beautiful. I was kind surprised at the quality of the rest of the set I got. I expected it be thicker based on the reviews but it’s quite thin. Similar to other brands I’ve tried. I wouldn’t order a whole set again, maybe just baby framers.

Absolutely divine! That’s the only way I can describe these extensions! I brought 2 sets of the full head halo extensions and 1 of the volumizers after being perfectly colour matched by Abbie when I sent a pic on WhatsApp. I sent one of the halos back and was promptly refunded. I can’t recommend these extensions enough, such good quality and look amazing!
