Hair quality is good but the backorder thingy seems a scam,
My hair extensions never came after the backorder, I was waiting 2 months, then got a refund and had to order some hair extensions that are not my colour but at least are in stock. As the backorder they keep your money, and only refunded it after 2/3 months.

Great for fine hair
If you can match the colour, this is a game changer for fine hair. Not to heavy on the scalp and clips well hidden. With a few layers added it's invisible. Order #16622

Awful company. They said my return was not intact with hygiene tag missing. Lie. They said they have photographic proof, I asked to see it, they said they can only show to a third party for privacy purposes??? I’m struggling to get my money back but will not stop until I do. Legal advice sought. Scroll past them is my honest advice.
