I transferred €10,000 to buy cryptocurrency and used GemCryptex as an exchange because I believed they were legitimate. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a scam. After they received my money, I could no longer log into my account. It has now been about five days, and I have not received any response from support or any emails.

Nachdem sie mein Geld erhalten hatten, konnte ich mich nicht mehr in mein Konto einloggen. Es sind jetzt etwa fünf Tage vergangen, und ich habe keine Antwort vom Support oder per E-Mail erhalten.

arnaque complete, ne figure pas sur la liste des palteformes autorise par le marche financier polonais. J ai depose 50K EUR, cette sommes m a ete vole par la palteforme meme et aujourd hui le service client m accuse d avoir transfere les fonds sur un compte etranger alors que mon acces à mon compte était bloqué le 17 decembre, je n'ai pu l'interroger que le 18 et m'apercevoir que mes 50k€ avaient disparu

All of a sudden my account was blocked because of a computer issue on their side. According to their terms they were going to refund me but after several mails nothing yet. I hope they read this and deposit my missing funds.
My answer to your reply: check your email! I send you several mails with the required info and got no answer at all! Also the chat was remover and I can't even login anymore. What kind of service is this?
