I would like to offer a suggestion for your website, as my recent order was delivered incorrectly. It would be very helpful to include a “Special Instructions” section at checkout, where customers can specify their preferences. For example, they could mention if they want a kavach or each rudraksh packaged separately, as well as the color of the thread they prefer. I’m confident that my current issue will be resolved, but to help prevent such mistakes in the future, this could be a great practice.
