Efficient communication and quality install.

People that installed were great. Fronm what I understand, we were their first install in the London ON area. They aren't the problem. The problem is the software and app that controls the lights. Now, I'm no computer programmer but holy crap, this is one aggravating piece of software. There is no logical way to program my lights. I'm not happy. My neighbour has a different brand and has no issues what so ever.
