Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service - the best I have known in a very long time. This company shows a genuine care and concern both for the planet and their customers. My order was delayed as a result of the third party it was coming from, but the whole team at Generous APE responded as promptly as possible from the start to help sort out a situation which wasn’t even their fault. I was very impressed.

Completely wrong item received!
First order placed with this company - completely wrong item received - no e-mail reply as yet, but this may be due to Easter hols so will await response. Not a great first experience tbh. However Company reached out to me today and now v confident they will resolve this issue -

To be fair - the first order I made from this site was spot on - all fine, but the second was partially fulfilled and and in my view still outstanding - see above - was ready to order from them again - I don't think so ...

Not really your fault but from the…
Not really your fault but from the picture in the advert I couldn’t tell if it was for men or women. The size said 42 and that is my waist size which is how I determined the gender. Unfortunately I was wrong and the trousers are far too small for me. I need to return them.
